Nice 4 star hotel neat to metro, tram and bus station. Direct connection to city center and railway station till 2:30 AM.

Great stay in Novotel Amsterdam City. This is more like a business hotel - high speed and stable wifi, generally clean, spacious, with in-room Nespresso coffee machine and shower amenities (using Ritual products!). Would be great if room slippers are included. Hotel is near to the convention centre, 15 minutes drive from airport and walking distance to the tram and metro. On the first or second day of our stay, realised the housekeeping was "half done" - the tablecloth on our desk, bed not done and bathroom not cleaned. Was quite worrying at first - we took it as a one-off mistake and didn't pursue. After which we are heartened by the prompt and efficient housekeeping :)

Great location and close to public transportation. Had a nice room with a view. Although check in could have been a bit quicker, otherwise great place to stay and good value

5 mins away from the tram station. Breakfast (we paid, not included) were good.

Service was great, the front desk staff came to serve us right away, and also got more staff to come out to serve my friend so we didn’t have to wait. Rooms were super clean. It’s more of a business hotel in a business district, but the area was nice and quiet and there are some restaurants and a shopping center around 10 min walk away. Overall would recommend!

This hotel is clean and the receptionists are friendly But it is located quite far from city but near to metro station

The hotel staff is really very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and the location is a little far from the central station but there is good connectivity.

The rooms are very clean with all the services one can ask for; an ironing board, blow dryer, coffee and tea maker, safe, television and refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come book with Novotel again. The tram stop and metro stop are about 4 minutes away so excellent location.

Near to tram station & keukenhof pickup. Good stay & the staff very helpful they gave us a free upgrade as the rooms were not done by the check-in time. Nice view from the room. :)

The 2 Thai check staffs are extremely helpful, great service and smile.
