Location of property very good. Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness good. Service prompt. Breakfast nice. Only mattress is too spongy. I needed or-tho matress. Ac too cool as central ac. Control not available in rooms. Room locks difficult to open. Need replacement. Otherwise overall good value for money.

The hotel is in prime location in amritsar, next to partition museum and walking distance from golden temple. The hotel is quite upscale with friendly staff. Rooms were clean with all amenities. Food was good too. The front desk even helped with the plan for the wagah border. Couple of suggestions. The room lightning can be slightly better. Also, considering it's amritsar, the restaurant menu can be further enhanced.

Country inn hall of heritage amritsar is the best hotel in amritsar. They have wide variety of food in buffet breakfast and dinner. Food was delicious and quality of food was great. Room was spacious and clean. Property was neat and clean, well maintained. Room amenities was great and all amenities are of 5 star hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a good hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. it's quite close the Gurdwara- 6 minutes drive and 10-12 minutes walk. It's in a residential area , so not too much of noise. Morning breakfast buffet is pretty good. Many items in the menu, especially non veg items are not available. But the quality, taste and portion of available items is excellent. I think they are running short of supervisory staff. Housekeeping staff is not well trained. They miss out on several items, when they come to clean and replenish your room, the next day. Ignoring these small small things, I would happily give them 9 out of 10

The location is amazing, was just 100 m walking to the Golden Temple. The rooms were pretty good and the staff too was cordial.

羅羅希Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

GGuest UserIts pretty decent stay near all aminities. What I did not like is narrow entrances to room, toilet basin not having some space to keep personal toiletries.
The stay was disturbed by the noise coming from next room for the whole night and day. It felt that rooms acoustic was such that the noise was multiplying . The aircon was not cooling enough and there was fixed control on wall.
As soon I entered the service staff informed that they have upgraded my room which was appreciative too. The counter staff was helpful

From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is.
Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife.
The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff.
Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib.
Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

GGuest UserStaff is friendly. Location wise, it is very close to the Amrotsar Train Station, 15 mins from the airport, and 10-12 mins from the Golden Temple. Hotel service staff at level 4 - Manpreet, Suman and Lakshmi are very attentive and always smiling.

CcxqdwdThe hotel is located next to the main road in the eastern suburbs of Amritsar, about 4 kilometers away from the Golden Temple. There is a big Mall at the door, which is very convenient.
Facilities: The room is slightly small, but well-equipped. The bed was well supported. The internet is fast. The sofa is very comfortable. The wardrobe is larger. Irons and hair dryers are standard. The shower has a large flow of water and a stable temperature. The disposables given are of moderate quality.
Hygiene: The hotel facilities are new and very clean
Environment: The internal environment of the hotel is good, but the outside is average.
Service: The service attitude is very good and the response is timely. There are 8 bottles of drinking water in the room. The quality of breakfast is good, there are ***y choices, and there is chicken soup to drink.
It costs less than 500 yuan including breakfast, which is very cost-effective.

GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty close to main areas and not bang in the noise.The restaurant serves great brunch and we found the best Amritsar kulcha here,itself. The rooms are clean and we got an upgrade at checkin. The hotel has standard amenities and a small pool with gym at the top of the hotel. The only sour note was probably how the hotel measures it staff perfor***ce. The ***ager of the coffee shop and the waiters were insistent that we give good feedback. It seems the praise is being pushed which we would have given any how. The second unprofessional thing was that our flights were in the evening and we asked for late checkout. The front desk seemed amused and were playing with us. This is not professional. I would recommend the food even if its price (a la carte) is significantly higher.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very near to the railway station . They are family run business and they made you feel safe as a solo female traveller. The Golden temple is a bout 3km walk , I managed to walk there with the help of the locals every time I want to make sure I am on the right path . Google map is helpful the the road is a bit confusing. However , you can just get a tuk tuk outside the hotel . I paid 100 rupees for each ride .
The taxi from the airport cost me rupees $650 .
Overall I will still come back if I am alone.

KKevin GurbaniMy 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty ***ager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)
