When called the hotel contact number for address at morning 8 am to get the direction - exact location of hotel, none picked the call and we had very hard time to search and finally decided to go to gurudwara and search for room in it. Then at 10. 30 am the hotel guy called me and stated it seems only after 10am thy respond which is very very bad for travellers who reach by train flight at early hours. But the reception guy is helpful.
