Don't book Property is not up to mark ,smelly bed with dirty washroom it shows 4* catg hotel and charge rates as per to that but actually its totally different what we have experienced and pictures shown on website is totally different .......

Hotel review: disappointing stay my recent stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. Unfortunately, several issues left a negative impression. To begin with, there was no hot water available throughout my stay, which was very inconvenient. The room also reeked of cigarette smoke. This made it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. The sanitary jet spray was not functioning properly, which is unacceptable in a modern hotel. The breakfast was another letdown. The quality of food served was below average, with parathas made entirely of maida, which felt heavy and lacked nutritional value. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and i would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Rooms is too comfy they even provide good service .washrooms are clean. Food is tasty and yummy. Specially try there sweet dish and veg gel freezy even chicken. Hotel ambience was nice but cleanliness was poor. There were insects crawling around, washbasin was leaking, bed headrest was dirty. Food also was not so great with limited food that could be asked for. Reception staff was helpful. Hotel can make sure that the items available on menu are prepared.

I booked the hotel based on its google ratings, but the actual experience was far from what was promised. It’s definitely not a 4-star hotel. Housekeeping wasn’t available after 5 pm, there were insects in the breakfast, and the room had a lot of dust, especially around the bed. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and the ratings seem misleading.

Cleanliness is fine. Should take care of the service a bit more seriously. After reaching i was carrying the bags to the lobby, staff standing there was just looking at us not even bothered to greet us. Overall cleanliness was fine though we could spot few cockroaches in the washroom as well as on the side tables. Staff at the counter was pleasant
