Recently visited, I had a very pleasant stay well maintained property in every aspect room service is great dining area is very spacious and ambient linked the food very much highly recommend to stay with family and friends, overall stay was very comfortable looking forward to stay again

Hi My name is Ajay. I worked in Best Western hotel sure stay as a Commi chef from 3rd of February. The worst and amateurish hotel of my career field. The unprofessional ANIL THAKUR who is the main head of the kitchen have a zero human feelings in his heart. My brother had an accident on 12 the of February during the time of my joining time. I got stucked up there just as an emergency And I informed my all chief members about this condition as I only have to look after all this and In result they will help me in my work purpose. The Day when I go back to Hotel the main head chief that ANIL THAKUR during the time of payment belligerent with me and doesn't pay me for other days and asked to not come again without any of my own fault. How that the cheap person should have to become the head who even haven't know that to give the employment as a notice period till the time he is not working should to be payed. This way the company have collect all the righteous or lawful earnings of the employees. The worst management I have seen in my working experience. In that way no staff will be stable for a long period of time. Once you join they will show you the real colour of human nature. No orientation no property round. The worst management I have seen in my 3years of career. In that hotel there is no staff meeting where you can be concerned about the problem or things that gave to be changed with The general manager of this company Nikki Bhullar denied that company will not provide your salary i requested to all of uh no one gonna stay in this company

I had a wonderful stay at the SURESTAY. We booked a standard room, It was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities I needed for my stay. The great thing is the hotel location, direct in the city centre and close to the golden temple which is what we wanted. Sundeep Singh provided an exceptional service at breakfast, he was incredibly friendly and attentive. I would recommend SURESTAY Amritsar for your next trip.

Great hotel, fantastic location, could not find one fault with this place. Staff were very friendly and welcoming on my first trip to Amritsar. The room was exactly like the photos and spotlessly clean. Good hotel facilities and again the best location in town.

Very average hotel. Staff does not seem to care about the guests. Nobody there even to carry your luggage to the room. No valet service to park the car, you have to search for the parking an park yourself. Food is Ok, very small restaurant. Nowhere near to a 3 star hotel, more of a guest house type property
