The hotel is currently undergoing significant renovation work, which resulted in disruptive noises during my stay even at night. Additionally, the breakfast buffet service was severely lacking in quality

There is renovation work going onion hotel so all dust in property they should close all and should do work. Bathroom is smelly. Heavy sound of renovation work. My suggetion is stay away from this hotel

Worst possible services and facilities I have ever seen for this expensive hotel. The AC in rooms does not work. Fittings are not clean. Lifts don't work. The breakfast menu is too mediocre and has no variety on day to day basis. The so called 4 star status is also not apt. There is no gym, no swimming pool, no club. The security concerns are commonly heard over with many thefts.

This is one of the premium hotels in Amravati and for the price, it's worth the stay. We just stayed for one night as a stopover on our way to Nagpur. The hotel was undergoing rennovations, so some of the ameneties like the Sky lounge wasn't accessible. The rooms are spacious though, more than enough for 3 people. The complimentary breakfast had a decent spread, including a live omlette counter. Overall, very polite and helpful staff. A few things that could be better are access to the parking and some of the food items in the restaurant. The parking is in the basement and they don't have valet, so you have to walk up/down the ramp to get to your car as there's no elevator access. Secondly, the portion sizes for the food in the in-house restaurant felt a bit less.
