We Booked a family room for 4 nights and the big mistake was I did is I paid whole amount in advance without checking the location and Hotel rooms inside. When I reach there was: Dirty Towels. Dirty Blankets. Washroom Lock (out of order) so the smelly room due to washroom door open. Wash Basin was too small to use. LED was not working but was hanged in locked (Looks that the customer will carry it on checkout) Air Conditioned was not cooling. Bad situation when I asked to refund and I wanted to checkout immediately, Front Desk refused and asked to contact Trip.com App. Then I called Trip.com they offered me to checkout in the morning and they will refund remaining 3 Nights Amount. I obeyed them but still no progress in refund process. Extremely Disappointed! Not Recommended.

Great hotel location for shopping and getting a variety of food. The room is spacious and the staff is eager to welcome guests.

Cleanliness can be satisfactory. only there are cockroaches in the hotel room. the air conditioner is not cold even when it is pressed up to 16 degrees Celsius. hot water has to be taken downstairs. x there is a water kettle in the hotel room. the hot water shower pressure is low. it can be at the price...

The staff was good. But the pipe in the toilet is broken. The room is for 2 people but there is only 1 towel.
