Looked 4star from street-- 3 star at lobby -- 2.5 star in room. Clean. Functional. Kind and helpful staff. Good price. Would stay again.

There are no words to describe the potential of this hotel, the managers and staff are completely unengaged, not concerned about the welfare of the customers. Vending machines in the lobby are "not the responsibility on the hotel." The free breakfast consisted of dry cereal, waffle mix, toast, milk and coffee. There was OJ, however there was none only a label on the dispensing machine. The condition at the breakfast were ripe for passing on colds or flu germs. The hotel is not well managed.

Everything was very nice! The only complaint and I will write it off to it being a slow weekend for New Years Eve with family. The coffee was terrible. We couldn’t drink it at all! But would definitely give it another try when we are in town!

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was smaller than most walk in closets. Breakfast was a JOKE. Bowl of cereal and orange juice. There was a loaf of bread for toast and THAT WAS IT. Over all not bad. And I guess you can say it did have BREAKFAST. Weak showing though

First, the bathroom door was locked from the inside; the toilet had not been cleaned; the toilet was stopped up; I had to get a plunger; tried to shower but the tub was stopped up too. The carpet was filthy. We left as I could not stay there. I turned in the keys and didn’t ask for a refund. What a waste of money and time. I was in town to receive an award posthumously for my father.

this is a very nasty hotel had to stay there because of the storm but i left and went to tupelo the bed sheet is light brown not white floor is not clean please don’t come here i am going to call someone about this it’s should be close.
