Ulasan Hilton Amman

Imagine driving for 5 hours (from Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea), pass through the intense traffic of Amman, finally find the Hilton parking lot and being refused entrance (!). They sent me back to some other entrance to “check the (rental) car”, I got to another entrance driving around the area, that was wrong and blocked again, was sent to a third entrance with a queue of cars, got almost bumped because I was waiting on a traffiked road. Ended up parking on the street. Is this a warm welcome? No. A few days earlier I went to the Sheraton, they just let me park the car, pretty simple. I had a suite (party of 3 people) - on arrival at 7:30pm the third bed was not ready yet :))) they brought it in as I was already relaxing on the sofa. Coffee machine in the room not working (electricity absent, probably the cable behind the desk is not connected, we tried everything). The list could go on (very annoyed faces as I went to the entrance door because I didn’t notice the metal detector for my carry-on, very invasive controls, my father -85 years- had to completely empty his bag to show them a metal statuette, like the were the police). A complete disaster. Worst Hilton experience in my life.

Convenient location, reasonable price

breakfast is good, however the coffee machine seems to better maintaining. shower are located above bath tub, and half space are covered by fixed glass, you need to be very careful to avoid fall or slip after shower and get out of the tub, which scares me every time. swimming pool is located in b1 and i had good time there, there is also suna room which i didnt experience.

Se hizo una reserva con una cama de tamaño grande y finalmente no nos entregaron esta habitación cuando pedimos que nos hicieran el cambio no lo hicieron además la habitación tenía defectos ya que la iluminación no funcionaba correctamente y no pudimos apagar la luz tampoco funcionaba el aire acondicionado.

房間設施完善該有的都有，服務人員非常專業並且友好，位置也還算不錯

房間乾淨，裝修現代舒適，服務好！總體滿意的！但是這個價位，房間過於小了，還有就是交通不怎麼便利，去吃個飯要走好久好久，而且安曼全部是小山坡的那種，很少紅綠燈，過馬路像闖關一樣，這次旅行太特別了
