Taj Amer, Jaipur

Our stay at Taj Amer was spectacular even though we only stayed for one night! The room was fabulously decorated for our birthday which made the entire experience delightful. The Front Office staff was warm and welcoming. When I was checking in and was running a bit behind schedule, I got a phone call which was very thoughtful. When I arrived at my hotel, it was exciting to see happy faces at reception while welcoming us and my room decorated with personal touches that made me feel appreciated. Despite the long journey we had taken from a different city that made us extremely tired, we still made an effort to eat at the restaurant because the food looked so enticing, and I'm pleased to say, we were not disappointed. The dining experience was wonderful although we were very late to reachrestaurant. I want to thank Mr. Kapil Sharma and his team for making this experience unforgettable, especially the amazing staff who made sure every detail of out stay was perfect. Having everything ready on short notice made it that much more easier so thank you to Shantanu Singh Shekhawat for everything that was done to ensure smooth sailing as well as rest of the front office staff members: Priyanka, Shashthavi, Sohel, Kunal, and Ashna from Resturant. A special shout out goes to the lovely housekeepers jeli, Kimmy and Babita for all their care and attention to detail in how they so lovingly personalized the room decoration. Such an astonishing experience! I can't wait for my next stay at Taj Amer. 🥰🥰

Our stay at Taj Amer, Jaipur was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Vivek at check-in, who made the process quick and seamless, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. Breakfast was a delight each morning, thanks to Parneet for the outstanding service and attention to detail — every meal was perfect! A special mention to Ramphool and Harphool from the front office, who were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. Taj Amer truly knows how to make guests feel special. Highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Jaipur! 🌟

Beautiful new hotel, very comfortable rooms, fantastic public rooms and the best-equipped gym I have found in India. The food at the buffet was significantly better than all the other hotels we stayed in. The rooftop pool is great as well and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. It was an absolute pleasure staying here, and I’d really like to come back.

Chandrakala from Guest Relations played an excellent host. And live Santoor by Zubair was exceptional and unexpected (good) surprise. Buffet was sumptuous and kitchen was as expected. Overall would love to visit again. Pool has an amazing Aravali view so don't miss that.

I had a wonderful stay. Priyanshi , Shashthavi , Chandrakala from guest relations provided excellent and very helpful service, always attending to my needs. I would highly recommend this place. The rooms are large and spacious and the service is top-notch. Once again, Lokesh from the bell desk , Shashi and devansh from shamiana. Kunal DM and Nikita for amazing Hospitality & specially thanks to Priyanshi , Shashthavi , Chandrakala and entire Taj Amer jaipur Team looks after children, giving them soft toys and engaging them in the play areas. Having stayed at a few Taj properties across India already, my experience at Taj Amer wasn’t any different from the other ones. Right from the word go, it was exceptional! I was there with family for a short vacation in Jaipur and Taj Amer was my #1 choice for the stay and the team there made sure I was right. Kids had a great time within the property and staff was very friendly with kids, ensured proper care in the play area even without our presence over there. Food was great as usual and they were able to meet specific requirements for kids meals all through. Food portions for kids was less than what we anticipated, so had to make repeat orders, and this was probably the only minuscule issue we faced in our entire stay. Rooms were great and quite spacious and clean. Wedding at the adjacent venue meant loud music till very late, had some difficulty in putting kids to bed due to that. Not sure much can be done there, but it was a bit of an issue for sure. That aside, Hotel staff was very courteous, right from bell desk, reception, restaurants etc to guest relations. Everyone met with a big smile on their faces and eager to help for any small/big thing. Few names I remember are Lokesh & Harish from bell desk, Chandrakala, Shashthavi & Priyanshi from guest relations and Shashi from the restaurant. Big thanks to them for the memorable time we spent at the hotel. Kids are already very eager to go back there again 😊
