Great Getaway This is a great property for two families! Two king suites and a huge hangout space for the kids. Restaurants are nearby. Located just past where the pavement ends north of town. The pool was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and always eager to make our stay perfect.

Great Family Getaway! Are stay was amazing! Lupe who was great! She set up are taxi ride from airport and we had a golf cart waiting for us at the Villa. Lupe answered all questions we had and then some. Are stay was peaceful and private. We loved having the doc there as we did many days out diving and snorkeling with Amigos del Mar which we also highly recommend. They can pick you up and drop you off right at the doc in front of Seascape Villas. The kayaks were also great to have available to cross over to the reef and snorkel. Siade was very nice he helps out at the Villas we enjoyed the fresh coconuts he gave us to enjoy. The pool was amazing private, quiet and clean great way to start or end the day. The Villa it self was very spacious and just perfect for are family of 5. We would eat breakfast and lunch in if we were not out adventuring and dinners mostly out. Lots of good restaurants are close by and out of the town of San Pedro which we preferred to have it a little less busy. San Pedro though is not a far golf cart ride away. The Villa was in a perfect location and so peaceful. I will miss my morning coffee out on the front porch. Thank you again Lupe, Snowy, Nick, Saide and Robert it was a family trip that we will cherish forever!
