Tuntas Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

I come to this hotel the same time every year and it really is the best. my room was 323 a lovely big room with sea view, comfortable beds, modern bathrooom, tv etc, cant fault the place.The amazing staff Metin, Roger, Ahmet, Omer, Tamer, Kerem, Furkhan, Edoran, Bedir, all fantastic people and they always looked after me. Always lovely food, variety, fresh fruit, salads, meat dishes, omlette freshly cooked for breakfast. How can i not mention the wonderful staff in the restaurant whos names escape me now but they came and spoke to me every day. this is the 4th time ive been here now and i will be back again the same time next year for another great time. if they offered me a job i would come and work there. Thanks for a great time guys miss you all already, if you want a great holiday and a great hotel get down to the tuntas and like me you will end up making life long friends and coming back every year.

Where to begin.. we booked this through love holidays, we was sold a family Friendly hotel this was a complete lie! Before we arrived I emailed and asked for a travel cot for the baby, when we arrived and checked in at reception I asked about the cot and was told if it’s not in the room just to call reception and the bell boy will bring one, I called and was told there don’t supply cots to guests. Then when we get to the room there is cockroaches on the balcony, the balcony is looking into someone’s flat even though we was supposed to have a garden view. The pool was not safe for children, the pool was tiny, no life guard, no safety around the pool. The staff didn’t really talk just looked at us weird and then would smile at our son. No activities on in the hotel advertised, the bar was smaller than a mini bar in a hotel room. The food I couldn’t tell if what I was eating was chicken or fish. We didn’t even last 4 hours in the place before we checked out and moved hotels. This is not a family friendly hotel it’s a hotel to get smashed at that’s about it!

My compliment for all the personal. They are attent and very friendly. Personal at the restaurant are very accurate and disciplinated. Buffet is rich whith a lot of salads and Turkish delicius meals. Top location at the bescherm, rooms always clean, easy going atmósfera for a nice price. hygiene is good I recommend you to visit Tuntas. N

I have just returned from tuntaş beach hotel and can’t find anything bad to say about it at all. The room was clean and comfortable. All staff were exceptional, drinks were lovely, yes the food gets a bit repetitive but if you want 5* then pay for it. I fractured my leg whilst staying at the hotel and the staff sorted me an ambulance straight away then accommodated me well for remainder of my trip even getting me a wheelchair when my crutches where hurting. The location is exceptional and literally beachfront with plenty of loungers. I’ve already booked to go back in September. I was travelling solo but met an amazing group of people also staying in this hotel and can honestly say never laughed so much in my life.

Well just come back from TUNTAS BEACH HOTEL. ALTINKUM our second visit this year. Absolutely fabulous once more. First with grateful thanks to Mustafa Cem Tuntas, The great manager Sadik and his family , and Tamer. We always find the food excellent so much choice from the salad bar and the hot meals also the cakes and fruit etc so much thanks to Zeki and all the chefs also all the boys in the restaurant for their excellent service. Grateful thanks to all reception staff and bell boys always a good morning and smile off them all. Housekeepers excellent always busy keeping the rooms spotless and Yasemin. Our biggest love to NILGUN our housekeeper who couldn’t do enough for us our room always spotless beautiful flowers in there and a bowl of beautiful fruit. Looks after us so well. Next the pool bar boys well fantastic my husband is partially disabled they couldn’t do enough for us always happy cheerful and ready for a laugh we loved them all Kerem on animation great person. Erhan on the beach always looking after us. The entertainment in the evening was beautiful the hotel was full all the time and to see all the guests so enjoying themselves. We found the Turkish people so friendly always coming to say a few words and heaps of photos together. Our most favourite nights of all is a Turkish night where their national anthem is sung flags flying fireworks going off everyone around the pool singing wonderful. Second time staying here, admittedly the food isn’t great, was much better last year. But the hotel its self is fantastic value for money. It’s clean, brilliant location and I found majority of the staff very helpful and kind. The pool is small / without loungers but that’s not a problem when there’s 5 steps down to the beach front. It’s a hotel used more by the native community so if you’re looking for a Benidorm kind of holiday this isn’t for you. On both stays we made new friends from all over the world. Didim is an extremely welcoming place. Be sure to visit “The Bar” across the road, excellent food with an amazing owner. Marie is so attentive, friendly, honest and lovely. If you have any kind of questions she’s always there to help. I can’t recommend her and her quirky bar enough
