Lovely place, great food and I really enjoyed the entertainment. Chris and the animation team were great and really friendly. First time In Turkey and will be back. All staff work very hard and are friendly. The Turkish delight and baklava is lovely!

Amazing place, would recommend to anyone Excellent range of food (don’t expect burgers and sausage, expect traditional Turkish foods) Rooms clean and I love that they are mini bungalows next to no noise at all Plenty of bars so no queues. Plenty of food outlets during the day to eat Pool, couldn’t keep me out, lovely temp Entertainment, exceptional, love them all to bits, they completely go the extra mile for you (especially Chris)

Having the most amazing time, it’s now our third day & can not thank the entertainment staff enough, especially Chris, made myself & my two children so welcome, getting all three of us joining in with the pool activities, being my son’s swimming buddy, amazing memories

Well where do I start!!!!! On arrival I was shocked that staff were waiting for us upon arrival, would not let us take our cases, then drove us to our rooms which may I add were brilliant. We had a problem with air con and safe, staff were at our door within minutes. Food was lovely with a lot of choice, I must say the jacket potatoes and snack bar was the best but again I can’t complain about the restaurant as again it was lovely with lots of choice. Drink!!! I loved them, whatever you wanted they had!!! The service was brilliant and staff would bring you fresh drinks to your table. Pool….. never seen a better one than that, just brilliant and lovely and warm. Animation team We love you. You made us feel so special, you always had the time for us!!! You (animation team make the hotel and our holiday) shame we lost Jessie whilst we were there that really upset all 14 of us as a family and it was upsetting to see our children cry as he leaves but the next day the animation team made sure we was ok and we made sure they were as they was also so sad!!!! Special mention to Umit…. Lovely caring guy, made sure we was ok as he knew we was sad but made sure we had a fab rest of our holiday and it was lovely to come and see us off. Chris, memo and naz and the 2 other beauts (didn’t catch their names) thank you brilliant people Rego says pew pew We will 100% come back as again it was the best holiday in a long time. Myself and husband have quite high standards when it comes to cleanliness and food and entertainment but you never failed us. Thank you so much, we have major holiday blues and we now have MAGIC IN THE AIR song on in the car to make us think we are still there. Love the Robinsons (Sarah, Lee , Tia and rego)

Exceptional hotel, it’s clear everything is done with love. From the animation team to the food everything is perfect. The pool is incredibly clean and the beach is beautiful. A very special team who clearly care about you and just want you to enjoy yourself, The pool bar at night is lively and sometimes there is live music where you can relax with a beer or a cocktail. The rooms are clean as there as cleaners who come every day with a big smile. There is a wide range of food selection for both meat eaters and vegetarians, all incredibly tasty. I have been coming with my family for two years just because we love it so much. There are performances every night at the amphitheater where you can enjoy family time and simply have a good time. Put simply, everything is 10/10 and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel with amazing staff, especially the animation team.

It is Amazing stay, Delicious food, guest relations departament very was helpfull. Amimation team made an interesting artactions for us. Hotel was clean and nice. Children Were happy, The pool was clean and sourounding area bas cleaned every day

Just got back from the best week at this hotel, the rooms are lovely, food delicious, pool amazing, best mocktails in the bar for the kids, great shows, and sea views for days! But the best part definitely was the animation team!!! Umit and his team are exceptional we had the best time with these guys, they made everyday entertaining and fun...a big shout out to Sulo aswell he was so friendly and felt like part of the family by the end of the week! Thank you for guys, would love to come back and see you all again.

We traveled a group of 18 family Hotel was fantastic, food was good rooms nice the best part was the Animation team who were superb, I would highly recommend this hotel and can’t praise the animation team enough, they made our holiday. lovely beach, clean rooms and beautiful grounds, all in all can’t fault anything about this hotel.

Booked hotel for 14 nights. From the first minutes after we arrived we been treated with so much respect. Hotel surroundings are beautiful. So many flowers and tree. Just beautiful. Sometimes was hard to found 3 empty sunbeds but this is because tourist reserved seats and they change mind and not arrived to swimming pool. I seen many sunbeds empty all day but with towel, I think staff should taking towels from sunbeds which are not used most of the day because people who want enjoy swimming pool doesnt have space. Beach asweel is beautiful. Food in panorama restaurant amazing. Everyday I tried something diffrent. Hotel very clean. Every few minutes i seen staff collecting rubbish from sunbeds and drying floor around swimming pool. Lot of staff all the time working hard. I seen some bad reviews about staff that they not happy, come on!, here is very hot and hard work and u cannot have smile all the time, I respect them all for their hard work. Animation team is amazing!!! Chris and Sulo are great they doing amazing job. They always happy! Others from animation team asweel doing great job but didnt had chance to speak with them more. Really love the Hotel. For me only one problem is laundry. Is very expensive, 8euro to clean 1 tshirt. So we gone to shops and buy few new things because that was same price. Really, 14 nights in this Hotel was amazing, clean, food amazing, people great, beautiful wheather, thats all what I need for my holliday. Thank You all for having us Karolina&Redon
