This was a really lovely family holiday which exceeded my expectations. We stayed for the last 2 weeks of August 2024. I’ll make some general comments and then specifically address some negative reviews I had seen about the sunbeds and food. Overall, the hotel is very good, with loads to do, hard-working and friendly staff, and good facilities. It is a very big hotel (possibly 500-600 capacity?) and is clearly Turkish 5-star not London 5-star. If you want a smaller, more-personalised or boutique offering you should pay more and go somewhere else. If you want somewhere to relax in a nice environment in which your kids will be safe and entertained, this could be for you. The sunbed situation isn’t perfect but it isn’t as bad as some reviews make out. I got down to the pool around 9am every morning. I never failed to get a sunbed (although a couple of times I found the last 2). Even if I hadn’t, there are more sunbeds on the beach and then the water park (with more sunbeds) opens at 10.00. You may not always get your exact choice of sunbed location but I never failed in 14 attempts and I was never down before 8.45am. The food - it is extremely difficult to cater for 600 guests and even more difficult to find something for everyone. This hotel gets as close to that as possible. As a meat-eater, I could have stayed for a month and eaten something different every day. My wife is vegetarian and has never had such a wide choice of fresh salads and different main courses to try. My kids are vegetarian and fussy and were only constrained because they wouldn’t try new stuff. But they had almost unlimited choices for breakfast, pizza, pasta, pancakes, waffles and chips available all day from 11.00-5.00 and then sufficient choice for dinner. For a large hotel of its type this is a very good hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for a family holiday
