Madoo it's very funny . the food is very delicious and there is always something good to choose from . you can have fun, for example, you have a large selection of slides. in the evenings you don't get bored you can go out and play children and adults

Mado is the best animator! He is super funny and even when he’s not at work he talks to us and he’s very smiling. The other guy Mustafa is just as smiling and always positive to everyone. Unique presenter and magician. He showed us different tricks with cards. They were all unique!

Three star hotel at best! So disappointed with this hotel as the photos looked gorgeous when we booked The lift was filthy covered in grease and holes in the wall. The corridors had dirty cups and plates stacked and threadbare carpets. Very tired and definitely needs updating. Bedroom- Entered the room to find toilet buttons hanging off the wall and mould in the shower. Two hand towels folded on the rack and no bath towels. Then confronted by two very small sad single beds. Not at all what I expected from a luxury hotel. No robes, cheap toiletries. The walls were paper thin and it often felt like we were sharing the room with the family next door. We could hear every word of their conversations. Cleaning was minimal throughout stay, the sink in the bathroom had the same dirty cup ring throughout our stay and the shower was never cleaned. We had to call for towels everyday. Food- Same offering everyday from buffet and snack bar. Bad fly problem and lukewarm food. The al a carte offering looked very depressing and restaurants were situated along a very dark corridor off the lobby. Never seen that before. Normally they look like actual restaurants but these looked like conference rooms. Staff- The staff were really lovely and couldn’t do enough for you … especially waiters (yusuf and Hugo) in the restaurant and animation staff. Pool - Loads of sunloungers but most of them were in the shade. Really dirty cushions. Pool freezing Beach - Lovely calm beach, loads of loungers, shallow sea. Perfect for kids

The service was really good. The hotel, the food, the bar, the activities, the animation team and especially mado was so good. I would definitely come back again, and i would go in the summer and not in april to get get the full experience. It was worth it!

This hotel is so lovely I loved the animation team they are all so lovely and I love watching the shows as well because they are brilliant and the beds are nice to sleep in too and also they have massive water slides and they are wicked for children and adults.

The staff at the Venosa went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive!" Very welcoming. They made our stay worthwhile. Good wifi connection to connect with friends and family back in the UK. The evening entertainment was top tier. They made our stay special by going the extra mile to plan a surprise birthday dinner for me and also decorating the room. The kids were well entertained . Food options varied everyday with choices from the restaurants which met everyone's needs. This is our 2nd time coming here and I will definitely recommend to family and friends.
