Hotel Cap Negret

非常讚的酒店，地理位置、工作人員服務態度都很棒，適合家人朋友度假，每天都有安排一些不同的互動活動，餐廳的味道也很不錯，一定會再次入住。

This hotel is geared up for cyclists to enjoy the many interesting routes in the area. There is an underground area for bike storage but they were allowed to take them in the lift up to their rooms which we thought was a bit unusual. Groups were up early jogging, stretching and doing Yoga in the pool area, which is very close to the sea, literally a stones throw away so the sound of waves crashing was very noticeable especially at night. We had to leave our window open as it was 'too early' to switch the AC on. Lovely room with comfy beds, fridge and safe. We only had breakfasts, nice food with a glass of Cava to start and avocados were available. There seemed to be a lack of information, no posters, notices about entertainment etc except a folder on a table near the Experience Teams desk, also there didn't seem to be any character to the place. An easy walk into town and to the train stop. I celebrated a birthday during our stay and came back to our room to find a nice plate full of cake and best wishes from the Experience Team, nice touch.

The positive:- this could be a great 4 star hotel for a couple or family, located right on the beach, with amazing views, huge pool and sun longer area and lots of tables plus a big outside bar and decent sized rooms for 2 with comfy bedding and large balconies. However: The Negatives:- staff uniforms say it all really “cycling and sport hotel” “made by bikers” and if thats what fills the rooms good on them. However, it means the brochure descriptions are not accurate and (I was ready before I went to disagree) the reviews that say the atmosphere is more of a hostel than a hotel are 100% accurate. Be prepared for very large groups of cyclists and teens enjoying the regions cycling trails, dominating the restaurants and facilities, including chanting and singing in the restaurant and bars. As a result as a couple you almost feel unwelcome and service can be poor, with notable exceptions including the very friendly young waiter with glasses who went out of his way to say hi. Be prepared for more dinner lady than restaurant host “pass” “heres your ticket”, to rarely being acknowledged, just stared at on reception and being charged for a glass of ice - never an experience I have had in a 4-star. Room quality itself patchy reflecting use: radiator rusty and falling off, screw holes in wall, stain on wall. Food - some really good, some like bacon and sausages very poor for the grade. Great quality hostel for cyclists, poor quality hotel. Description misleading!

Amazing hotel, five star standard. Excellent food, rooms spotless , staff friendly and helpful. I had toothache during our stay , the receptionist Anastasia was amazing in finding me a emegency dentist, the Tui rep was awful and did nothing when we called a 8am but sent a texts asking how it went at 1pm . If you get sick on a Tui holiday don’t expect any help from Tui. This hotel is full of cyclists , they are polite, respectful of other guests and the there was never any noise at night .the rooms are comfortable with kettle fridge tea coffee and milk supplied . They are cleaned every day to a very high standard , large shower room. It’s hard to find any fault with this well run hotel and I would highly recommend it and we are already planning a return in October.

Excellent hotel. Food was lovely with a large choice both at breakfast and evening meal. Staff ran the buffet meals like clockwork. Constantly cleaning and replacing food when dishes became empty. The hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes walk to the left of the hotel to Altea promenade, which is lined with cafe bars and restaurants, all low-key. If you go to the right, you will be in Cap Negret, which has a few small cafe bars and a lovely sea front walk. We stayed in the standard room, which we were happy with. Although it was close to the road and above the car park we had beautiful views of both the beach and the mountain range. The beds were very comfortable and a small fridge is provided in the room with coffee and tea making facilities which are replenished regularly. Rooms are cleaned every day with towels, and bedding is changed constantly. The cleaners are very discreet and only come in when you leave one of 2 signs on the door. It was a very enjoyable holiday and I would highly recommend this hotel. There is a large cycling fraternity, but they were all very well behaved and well supervised

What's not to say about this Hotel, absolutely fantastic stay. We stayed for 3 weeks. The hotel was full of cyclists when we stayed there, and there was no noise, no issues, they were all polite & friendly. The entertainment was superb. Special mention to Belinda who is a little pocket rocket and an amazing dancer & entertainment host. Special mention to Jacky in the restaurant, she was always so helpful & polite, thank you Jacky. Also not forgetting Yuri who always went out of his way to assist. The Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the centre, where you can walk along the promenade for miles and climb to the top of the old town which is so scenic and gorgeous. And 5 minutes the other way is the beautiful Orla, and lovely walks in every direction. I would definitely recommend this Hotel, the beds are comfy, rooms spacious and food always tasty, and staff are lovely.
