The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with variety of food choice. The location was very good,most of the sightseeing spots were within walking distance.

I chose this hotel because of its great location, reviews of its helpful staff and its value for money. They succeeded on all levels. Rooms are basic, but everything is clean and works. The upgraded me to a Deluxe King on my second visit which was nice. The included breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the restaurant/bar is open all day with a good variety. Of local and western dishes. The shiny new metro is a one block walk. The Super Magnum Grocery store is 5 blocks. No mater what request I made of the front desk staff, they came through. I needed to find a taxi driver for a 6-hour one-way cross-border trip to Kyrgyzstan, and they came through. I was very impressed, and thankful.

Утром 28 июля 2022 года в 08 часов 44 минуты позвонил на рецепшин по телефону +77272922297, спросил наличие мест. Ответили, что места есть. Спросил цену за полсуток. Ответили, что 13 тысяч. Приехал, сказали, что есть только люкс по цене 16 тысяч. Я согласился. Они сделали ксерокопию моего удостоверения личности и предъявили QR-код, я оплатил 16 тысяч. Потом рецепшн долго с кем-то созванивался и сказали, что мест нет. Вот такая дикая история. К слову, у гостиницы нет парковки и поставить машину у гостиницы невозможно, к тому же и рядом парковок нет. Безответственное отношение к клиентам.
