I booked this over an air bnb because i wanted to use tbe gum, but it was a gym thst hasn't bee. Used in years and everything was completely dis assembled or broken. Everything else is fine for the price. Not great.

Hotel is nice , clean and safety.

It’s really good for living,but maybe hotel need refresh the facilities.

The price is ok, location is good, Services is good…old hotel

There are some food outlets near the hotel. On the left of the hotel, there is a metro station that can connect one to many parts of the city. If you want to get to the hotel from the Almaty International Airport, try to make prior transport arrangements with the hotel for a fair rate. Alternatively, get only taxi service provided by the counter that quotes 7000 Tonge . Avoid the taxi counter named Turan, which is at the main airport exit if you don't want to be scammed. It can show you 20,000 Tonge upon arrival.

Reception staff hardly can speak English. Rooms are small and carpets are bad. Breakfast is same every day. No kettle in the room to make tea/coffee even thou they say its 4 star hotel.

It is an old hotel and needs a lot of work in terms of coming up to standards. The service was just average. The rooms were not great, bathroom was well below standards. Complimentary breakfast very limited and not up to the mark. The location of the hotel is great though. Difficult to recommend.

The place is convinient to visit other places. Breakfast is also good with pleanty of choices

The hotel is a bit old and for a 4 stars hotel you would expect better quality. The breakfast is not great. However, the staff is super helpfull.

The location is good, 300 meters away from the subway entrance, very convenient for travel. There is a Turkish kebab restaurant opposite the hotel, which is delicious. The only drawback is that the hotel facilities are a bit old, but it is very clean

This hotel provides free Russian breakfast every morning, and the yogurt tastes very good. The front desk staff can speak some simple English, the service is thoughtful, and helped me solve the problem that the Kazakhstan phone card could not be used. The equipment is old, and the location is very convenient.

Furniture is old, broken. Acceptable option for a short stay (I do not recommend). Smell of sewage in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast

The bed is very narrow, there is no single room, the bed is very shaky, the central air conditioning feels like it is about to fall apart, the shower door is also broken, I feel it is not worthy of this price, I am too lazy to spray it, the only thing that is acceptable is the hygiene
