Allington Manor

一座很古老的房子，房間裏很乾凈，床很舒適。所在村子是保留完整的村落，很安靜和美麗。來之前衹是因為地理位置還比較適合趕路，進入村莊以後，因為過於安靜和平靜，身心都需要一個適應。主人很友好，讓我們很快就適應下來。整晚睡眠質量很高。地處鄉村，下雨，氣温比較低，有暖氣，室內温度還比較適宜。很難得的一次經歷，遠離都市，迴歸自然。

After more than 12 months of planning,we arrive at Allington Manor for our wedding and wow,what a venue!The beautiful house and stunning gardens provided an amazing location for our family and friends to celebrate our big day. We arrived late on a Tuesday evening after a 3.5 hour trip “up North”. On arrival, even though it was dark, we were both blown away by the stunning beauty of this Manor House. We were met in the hall by our host, and it felt so relaxed, yet so professional at the same time, it was faultless. We were upgraded to a larger room than we had originally booked, and were able to have the heating put on for us, as there was a chill in the air when we arrived. The room quickly warmed up, and was cozy, homely and so very, very comfortable. I am dying to know which brand pillows you use, as they are up there with some of the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of resting our heads on, and we’d like to get some at home!! We had a fantastic nights sleep, and the beauty of the place was elevated come day break, when you can really take in the views, the history of the house (the booklet was a very interesting read!), and soak in the charm. Breakfast was superb, again, a very relaxed affair which suits us down to the ground; attentive hosts, strong delicious coffee, and a great vibe all round. I’m sad it wasn’t warmer so we could have sat outside, as the gardens look spectacular. If we hadn’t have already booked our wedding venue, I would seriously give Allington Manor a consideration, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing night away, or as a venue for events.
