I stayed here at Haveli Backwater Resort, Alleppey for a night, whilst starting my tour in Kerala; my first solo trip, albeit with a tour group, but am glad we did, because the service here is exceptional. Special mention to the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Baburaj, who personally visited each table, enquiring if they liked the food or needed anything apart from the buffet meal. He was kind enough to explain a few things about Keralan cuisine, culture and even offered to serve up some local delicacies as well. The Team at the Reception too deserves a shout out for welcoming everyone with a smile, quickly taking care of the Airconditioning issue in the room and for willing to coordinate and help make appointments for the Ayurveda Spa at short notice. The room overall seems dated and definitely needs revamping, but the service made up for everything and hence they have my vote for a pleasant stay. Thank you, Mr. Baburaj, Sharmin Jos, Akhil, Sebin and Adhira!

Visited last week at Alleppey resort the resort and ambience was very positive. Right from the booking with the help of customer service Ashwathy and front office Surekha was very friendly. Thanks for all the support. Will visit back again ..

Overall good experience. The reception people Anita and Ashwin were very helpful. The room AC made too much noise and there was no refrigerator. That was a let down and my food got spoilt. In hot weather fridge is basic requirement.

Oxygen! Probably the only paradise on earth is not an exaggeration.there is so much that will be etched in our memories for ever .. And too top it all the very courteous staff -ever smiling Bismi , Surekha , In restaurant Anand , Jayaram and Bisha always ready to offer food as if we were guest in their house , you guys have set a very high benchmark in Hospitality 🥰

Best hotel in Alleppey . Special food manager Jibin is best they take care very much whatsoever problem you have they will resolve immediately food is amazing. I had stayed for 7 days . Please take massage here they give 20% disc to me also . It’s amazing full body and mind relaxed .

Check-in experience and the friendly staffs made the stay memorable. Well maintained room, especially the bed. Finally The vibe of water, it's Alleppey, a must visit place in Kerala, fullfilled by Oxygen.
