Pluses: 1. Prime, central location. Just a km from Prayagraj station. 2. Many good restaurants nearby. 3. Has brought rooms. 4. Prompt service. 5. 100+ free broadband speed in room. 6. Decent food in restaurant. Minuses: 1. Very uncomfortably soft bed,sloping on the sides. Probably very low density foam used in mattress. 2. Inadequate supply of soft furnishings...could not supply an extra blanket, even extra pillow, on request. 3. Basic maintenance lacking.... a) Very hard bidet resulting in water splashing all over. b) Window jammed, could not be opened. c) Door lock on the verge of failing. d) Mains power supply on/ off with key tag insertion does not work. e) Sloping shelf board under the TV....things kept on it fall down. A supposedly trendy but actually irritating brass tap is fitted in the wash basin. Water supply is turned on upon moving it in a direction in which tap levers are universally turned to stop the water supply through the tap.

The cleanliness of the hotel was up to the mark, the staff was well behaved and they had a good variety in breakfast too, overall it was a good experience, i'll definitely refer my other people to this hotel.

The location was very good it's near the prayagraj railway station and the rooms are clean and all was amazing.

The place is conveniently located but the hygiene of the rooms are undermined, the washrooms however are clean. The bedsheet and the linen in general looked like they are being used since ages and the shower had no pressure in it. The ac as well wasn’t working properly

Only location is good, breakfast have only limited options no milk no juice just pratha and dahi nothing else. No toiletries are available even after two call they given just one tooth kit.

Very horrible stay. I am a traveller. I stay in this hotel. Food was not good and very costly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. They charge 30 rupees for 1litre water bottle. Very arrogant in behaviour the *** sitting on help desk in night. Kindly avoid to stay in this hotel
