Hotel location was on civil lines, prime location in prayagraj with all major points within 3-5 km. The gps pin was a bit off hence faced some difficulty to find the hotel for the first time. The entrance and reception was very good and clean. Smooth checkin process. The room and washroom was clean, the size was good with 1 king size bed and additional space for a single bed. The card sensor was not working so i had to tell the housekeeping to open the room with the key every time. The intercom was not working, the water kettle was stinking and i had to ask twice for water for the kettle, water bottles provided was of 500ml so was not enough for kettle. The fan operates at only 1 speed. Spoon/stirrer was not provided. Should also provide bath towels, only hand towels were there. Wifi on premises. No one came for proactively housekeeping and refill of coffee/tea etc in 2 days we stayed there. Overall experience was good, however small things need improvements. Plus point for hotel location, room size (203, smaller rooms are also there) and restaurant on premises (food is ok.

Hotel stawas pleased. Good amenities, clean rooms, bed, and toilet. Friendly staff. Gst tax invoice (againest provided gst nu. Ber by me) given by hotel for which is best for corporate customers.

Hi mmt, your quality is also degrading. I don’t think any inspections you do with hotel. Rooms are not clean and it had smell. Breakfast has very few options. It was a poor experience with the money you guys are charging.
