Very very bad hotel. Jisa site par hotel ka photo dala ha hai uska 1 percent bhi safai nai hai. Bathroom is very dirty.

The hotel swagatam, prayagraj is the worst hotel i had ever stayed. The rooms were not clean, can see big insects on the window(sharing image as well) washrooms were also dirty. We had booked 4 rooms and 2 of them had dirty and smelling bathroom. There was a issue of water supply in these two rooms bathroom as well which we had complained to the management. Never going to suggest anyone for this hotel. Its a total mess.
