Great location, clean and modern. Unfortunately no flexibility with breakfast. It starts at 7 a.m. and we had to go to the airport at 6:50 a.m. We were only allowed to get a coffee and not eat anything, even though breakfast was already prepared there. What a pity!

Stayed for the second time. I really like it, the seaside scenery is unobstructed, especially if you look towards the seaside, you can also watch the sunrise, which is very beautiful. Breakfast is also very rich! I will continue to consider staying here in the future.

Bad experience once I arrived and checked in. I arrived at noon, a lady in front desk said it is not a right time for check in. It is ok and I understand. Then I came back at 3:30 pm, the staff said again you need to wait until 4pm. It is ok and I understand. But at this moment, another guest came and he could finish check in and went to his room, I immediately asked why he could check in but not me!? The lady said, “it depends!” What standard does the hotel has? So, for me, I wont stay in this hotel again. Why? It depends!

I booked a triple room (2 adults and on Kid of 11). I got the confirmation also, but on checkin I was told this was not right and I only had booked a double room. Afte a small discussion I got a room with 3 single Beds as bookes ”our very last one”!! Very strange

I have stayed in Alicante several times. The hotel setting is not comparable to domestic five-star hotels, but it is simple and clean. The room size is also OK. Sunrise, get up early and go downstairs and wait for the sunrise at the beach, the view is great. In the evening, walking on the promenade by the sea is very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast is very good. Generally, you can't eat much breakfast abroad. This breakfast is especially good for adults. It is recommended to continue this one later!

Excellently located along the promenade with many dining options nearby. The view from the balcony was also stunning - great for catching the sunrise/sunset. Room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, though the TV wasn't a smart one. Breakfast was delicious, although the selection was quite limited. Staff were warm but a bit reserved. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel is about 13 euros from the lively neighborhood of the seaside. If you are departing from the hotel, you need to ask the front desk to help you call the car. The cost of attaching the car is about 5 euros. Breakfast 12 euros / person, not much things, still exquisite. Underground parking is available for a fee, and on-street parking is free. The hotel has a good internal environment with 2 swimming pools. Two-bedroom house, one with a bathroom, and two chairs for relaxation on the outdoor balcony.

The hotel is located in the center of the old city, close to the seaside square, the square and the seaside promenade are beautiful in the evening. The hotel is 7 to 8 minutes walk from the Santa Barbara Castle, which is very convenient. The hotel is in an old building, the rooms are crowded, the rooftop bar on the top floor has a nice view, and the Western-style breakfast is quite satisfactory. Self-driving parking needs to go to the seaside dock parking lot, which takes about 4 to 5 minutes.

My stay at this hotel was amazing! The location was excellent, which made us all close to each other. In addition, I appreciated the purity of the interior - the room was well maintained and well-careed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to travel and seek a comfortable place to stay. The room is good and there is a balcony with a nice view. It’s a lot to eat when you go out nearby, but be careful with the bunch of restaurants that lie to tourists. There is a small supermarket in the next street. It is a daily necessities for Chinese people to buy. The service is very slow and slow, although it seems to be an effort (?) but it really needs to be improved. And the elevator is the most troublesome thing I remember. I have to wait a long time. Once I waited, I would like to climb the stairs to climb a dozen layers.....
