We had a wonderful few days staying here (4B); the accommodation was comfortable, modern & the location couldn’t have been any better. The reception staff at the nearby hotel where we checked in were welcoming & most helpful with any queries we had. Thank you !

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the apartment with the terrace last week for 5 days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and the terrace made it. The sun was on the terrace nearly all day and was a perfect spot for relaxing! The apartment was minimal but equipped with everything we needed, microwave, kettle, hob (which we didn’t use), fridge, washing machine, airer, spacious living room area etc. I’ve seen other reviews say the bed is too small but we found it very comfortable (may be a stretch if your 6ft and over though..). The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful on check in and were happy to book us a taxi on departure. It should be mentioned that the wifi code given on arrival was incorrect and we had to call to get the correct one, but easily fixed. There is a slight sewage smell when you walk back in to the room especially when it’s hot but with the windows open we did not notice this after a while. The building itself is in a fabulous location with restaurants surrounding and the nicest coffee shop at the bottom of the building, also the beach is only a 5 min walk max! The view from the balcony is astonishing as from the bedroom window - perfect view of the castle! Overall very very pleased and would highly recommend for a comfy stay!

The suite with the terrace on the top floor is great if you're after a studio in Alicante with outside space. I would have rated it as wonderful based on the outside space alone, except it absolutely stinks!!! They need to fix this problem before they let people stay here again. We noticed a sewage smell that kept coming and going and tried to ignore it. The smell comes from the sitting room which is really strange as it's not close to the bathroom. On the third night it was so overpowering in the living room where my 4 year old was sleeping that we couldn't risk him sleeping in there anymore. The hotel said no one could check it out until 10am the next morning so my son ended up sleeping in the hallway instead, as the main bed and bedroom are so small we couldn't fit him in with us. It really ruined the stay.

Great central location and very clean. Easy to collect key card from Eurostars Hotel around the corner. Enjoyed having lots of restaurants on the street to chose from. Even for March it had lots of people eating out with resturants using heaters.

The location of the suite is excellent. It allows you to pop in and out whenever you like during the day as it is so central. Great if you want a rest, especially with kids. Our suite was clean and tidy and we always felt safe as the security was also good. However, I do have one small complaint. It might sound odd but why do you insist on providing your guests with just 2 toilet rolls at a time. Hardly enough to keep a family of 4 happy and it is a pain in the **** having to contact reception especially when you can’t get hold of them (24 hour apparently !). On our last day but one “housekeeping” never turned up and we had to buy our own. I think that we can all agree that it is inconvenient to say the least so be prepared 😉

Perfect location, everything new and beautifully appointed; there's even a washing machine in the studio. Windows did a good job of dampening the lively Alicante noises. Check-in and check-out done at the Eurostars Portico Alicante hotel, around the corner. I will surely return.
