Ulasan Ibis Hotel Alicante

Cleanliness: The room was clean but there was a lot of dust coming from the bedsheets and pillow cases or anything that had fabrics for which reason we had to keep the window open all the time. Location: The location is perfect for those who are flying out from the Alicante airport. It’s only 7 mins drive from the airport. Our room was overlooking the beach, so you could watch the sunrise in the morning or even have a stroll on the beach. The walk to the beach was around 10-15 mins walk. The hotel has its own private car park. When you arrive at the gates, the gates automatically open as you park closer to the gates sensor. Service: The check in service was quite slow. There was already a queue when we arrived. The guy at the desk was on the phone and another person in the back office coming in and out of the room. There wasn’t any communication about how long we will be waiting, whilst carrying our back pack after a long drive. After 10 mins the guy from the back office calls another person out and then the queue started disappearing. As for the check out, it was quick and simple. All we had to do was place the key into a check out box and that’s it. Amenities: There was no hot drinks in the room. You had to go downstair to get a hot drink which was included in the room price. The bathroom had no towels or floor mat, which made the floor very slippery when you came out of the shower and also the bathroom has no air ventilator. The room also had a tv that had access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc, which u would need to log in using your own account details. All the channel on the TV was in Spanish, even the English movies or tv shows. I didn’t know how to change it to its original language. Downside: I paid for a double room and 1 child bed, but because it was only me and my partner, they gave us 1 double bed where as I was hoping to have two separate beds in the room. I wasn’t happy with that. But because we was tired from a long drive, to then waiting in the reception queue for 10 mins, we both didn’t have the energy to complain and just wanted to rest. So we accepted the room as it was. But was vey disappointed that the room didn’t look the way it did in the picture and then on top of that the fabrics were releasing a lot of dust which made it hard to breathe in the room unless the window was open. But then opening the room made the room cold, so we just had to put up with it instead and be happy with whatever we got for the price we paid.

The AC is a nightmare. Very basic. Don’t even have water kettles. Far from city center. Not worth it.

Friendly staff. Hotel condition not the greatest. Amenities not that great as well.

Was a decent stay, the room was a little old and and a bit noisy , breakfast was was nothing special

El servicio excelente, muy educados y correctos, las instalaciones muy cómodas, comida rápida, pizzas, bocatas, ensaladas, platos combinados, si es para algo puntual esta bastante bien.

el hotel esta muy cerca de aeropuerto de Alicante, una opción perfecta para quedar alli si llegas muy tarde y no hay opción para llegar a tu destino

Hotel normal para uno que tiene vuelo de horario tarde y puede dormir y llegar a tiempo, neceaita mejorar la comida y especialmente la cena

性價比很高，含早餐才四百多一間； 不過沒有熱水壺之類的。 前台比較nice，早餐還行，有鮮榨橙汁，晚餐輕易別嘗試。 靠海，可以看日出，但是去不到海邊。

晚上居然有人在大吵大鬧，工作人員勸阻也沒用……頭痛了兩天😶🌫️

Très bon hôte pour l'aéroport. Bon petit déjeuner. Compliqué pour partir en ville
