If your destination is Del Ray this is the perfect spot. Room is well appointed with nice kitchen and decent bathroom. It is right on mt. Vernon with lots of good dining options.the room is well insulated so barely any noise from the street, even on a Saturday night. Safe neighborhood and nice to walk around. Communication with property manager is easy. Great instructions on how to get in the building and room. Good price as well.

Just little maintenance issues. Range had indicators indicating it's locked. Toilet seats cracked.... Just little issuesn

Overall this is a great location I've stayed there several times in this hotel is usually wonderful and I like the fact that it's very automated and I don't have to speak or talk to anybody it's just a code that sent to you to get you into the building and into your room. This last time the cleanliness wasn't there I felt that the wear and tear in the room was becoming more apparent than previous days The water pressure was minimal and the technology is cumbersome if not set up correctly.

I was desperate having worked almost 24 hours straight and my flight was cancelled. I booked this place last minute with no refund clause. This place was disgusting. The couch was covered in stains of god knows what, along with the carpet. the shower base was mildewed. I slept with the lights on and fully dressed. There is no check-in. No one on-site to complain too. Traveler beware.

Carpet was dirty. No AC in the living room. Rainwater leaked through the windows during thunderstorms the last 2 days.

The studio was great! I am getting used to properties where you do everything on line. The security felt solid and everything we needed was provided. Easy to book and easy access to DCA.

The whole experience was lovely except that there's a lot of noise within the building. Not much insulation between rooms so you can hear voices, music, Etc.

I didn't realize, outside of booking with **********, there was further interaction with the place itself, through email, that needed to be addressed. There was an 800 number that took care of everything upon checking that was great. I felt it could have been a bit cleaner. There is mold in the corners of the shower (a 1/3 bleach water spay would fix that), the areas around the cupboard handles were full of finger prints and grime as well as the front of the microwave. It also was quiet noisy, early mornings as the street traffic and families walking to the school across the street. It did help to have the sound machine. Lots of restaurants and close to bus. It is about an hour to get to the National Mall.

A great place to stay. Clean and close to everything. Multiple restaurants and shops are just around the corner. You feel like a local when you walk out the door to the bar/restaurant or just for a walk.

I felt like I was still in my apartment. Nice stay!

It was very neat that the property was nestled within an established community. There were several eating options in the area and is located in an area I look forward to revisiting.

The windows did not fit correctly so the street noise kept us up all night and there was free-flowing cold air. Sonder Corp., Slumlord Corp.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay- location was excellent, lots of shops and food options in the neighborhood. The studio apartment was large, bright and comfortable. The room was very clean with the exception of the shower- the black mildewed grout around the base of the shower was very off putting. The shower handle was also black with mold. The other issue we had was the loud vibrational roar that was coming perhaps from another unit in the building . The sound was loud enough to drown out the tv and conversation in the room. It came and went the first day- but by our 3rd night it was maddeningly unrelenting. I called the Sonder representative Sunday night at 8pm. She was very understanding and within an hour the sound stopped. But it returned this morning loud as ever. While we loved almost everything about our stay I don’t think we could stay here again, due to the noise.

It was great... Until the A/C went out. They brought fans and tried compensate me though.
