I enjoyed my relaxing visit overall and the hosts were friendly. I do want to mention a few things here which may be helpful for others to know so they can make a fully informed decision as to whether this accommodation suits their needs. The apartments are well furnished and clean and have air conditioning and all mod cons. Kitchen is well supplied with crockery and utensils which made cooking for myself easy. The shower is above the spa not separate. There are 2 iga supermarkets close by but both are very expensive so you pay for the convenience. I would recommend driving up the hill to mooloolaba Coles to stock up the fridge instead. I walked it in 15 mins so its not far. The apartment is beachfront but the road out front you have to cross to get to the beach is busy (4 lanes). The car noise can easily be heard from the apartment but is not noticeable if you have the air on on and the balcony doors shut. The pool is small but clean and refreshing and has 6 good sun loungers and a few chairs around it and only 3 tables and umbrellas. Pool towels are charged at $5 and no it's not a deposit. Beach is beautiful and great for long walks. I would return as I had a great stay.

We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor, whilst some of our view to the ocean was obstructed this didn't matter as you have access to the roof for stunning almost 360 views!! We didn't try the pool out but went for a look and it and it seemed quite good, plenty of room to lounge, plus bathrooms and a games area with a pool table. We stayed for a week and found the reception staff to be super friendly and welcoming. Complimentary wifi up to 2gb is available too. Underground secure parking is available too.

This is suppose to be a deluxe stylish apartment, instead it is filthy with mould dirt dust and bodily fluid! Bedside table sprayed with bodily fluid,curtains filthy, leaking air con, mouldy vents.Dont come here for $5000!!!!

Failure to provide a working fridge and dryer. Filthy stained curtains. Mould coated air vents. Broken spa. Dirty floors under fridge and couch. Chipped broken plates. Limited cooking utensils. Dirty old stained electric frypan. Broken chair. Rude manager. We paid in advance for a two week holiday in December to only experience this dirty filthy unit.

We had a fantastic time on our honeymoon, this was also our first holiday together. Diana & Tom were great and were more than happy to give recommendations or just book a tour for us. You can tell they take pride in what they do and that reflects in the presentation. The view was lovely. Will certainly recommend this stay for anyone and will more than likely look at staying there in the near future.

We have just returned from a 10 day break staying at this fabulous place! We found the walk to Maroochy and Maloolaba an easy and pleasant one. The buses travel every 10 mins each way with the stops only a few doors down at the surf club. Tom & Diana, the managers were very accommodating and helpful with bookings and any queries we had. The room we had was...magnificent. We were on the 4th floor so had a great view from the bedroom and the lounge. Very open, spacious and very clean. I would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone. Very happy, relaxed and cant wait to come babk again!
