Enjoy the heating and AC, as well as the bathroom with a shower. This delightful retreat is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway or hunting trip with the guys. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Our cabin is just a walk from public hunting access with public boat ramp for waterfowl hunting, 1 mile drive from horseshoe lake for canoeing and fishing and a 10 mile drive from Shawnee National Forest. Peaceful tranquility!
We came to escape the fireworks! Perfect stay! Kind, generous hosts! Property is JUST as pictured! Beautiful forest surroundings and blessed quiet! Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Slightly disappointed
Where in listing it states there is a smart TV, they neglected to tell you there is no Internet......so TV was useless and no wi-fi for our phones unless we drove to nearest town. Although the cabin was beautiful, the location was undesirable.

Getaway
This is a nice to little spot for anyone or a couple looking to just getaway for a night or a weekend. It’s nestled in the middle of the woods with no one around you for what seems like miles. Very quiet place and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Waterfowl hunting trip
Property was clean and well taken care of. Consumable items were thoughtfully stocked.Only bad thing I have to point out is that there is no railing in the elevated deck. This is an accident waiting to happen.
