Spend 6 days at this hotel and it was pleasant but doubt we would return. I think it’s better suited to families than couples. Wanted a relaxing few days but the hotel is very noisy with children, activities, noise from other hotels and bars. Couldn’t enter the pool without getting hit on the head by various inflatables. Sunbeds are plentiful. Only one day we couldn’t get any. Room was recently refurbished amd looked lovely but some practical additions were missing. No full length mirror for getting ready. Only mirror was in the bathroom over the sink, made getting ready a hassle with both of us trying to use. The balcony lights were permanently on and no option to turn off, found this annoying as it lit up the bedroom when trying to sleep. Also I like sitting in the dark on the balcony (avoids the critters!) again couldn’t do that. Air con is good but on two occasions leaked and we almost slipped in the room. Noise from the bars close by was annoying and kept us awake. If you want a relaxing holiday then this isn’t for you. But would be great for families. The area is a little run down and we walked into the port area most nights. Staff were all lovely.

Just back from a week here. Lovely apartments. Staff all very nice. Would definitely recommend. Have stayed at a few places in Alcudia and this was really nice. Had to get someone to look at Air-con as it was dripping and it was dealt with very quickly. The lifeguard removes towels left on sun loungers over a certain time without anyone being there which is great. Pool was busy but always managed to get sunbeds. Only slight negative was the living area is very bright and better black out curtains would be really good as it was hard to sleep in the morning. Also bedroom was really warm unless you left the door open as Aircon didn't seem very effective in bedroom. It was great in living room. This wouldn't stop me coming back. Really liked this place.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Every aspect of the hotel is spotlessly clean. Pool area is lovely with lots of sunbeds available. All of the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for walking to the main strip, water park or beach. Top marks to Marcin the entertainment guy, such a nice guy and brilliant with the kids - we loved the water polo games in the pool!!

What can I say? Absolutely spotless hotel, food really good, entertainment spot on. No queuing for sunbeds. Pool clean and safe for kids. Close to the main strip of shops/restaurants. A short walk to the beach and waterpark. Faultless for us. Thank you!

We've just returned home from a 10 night stay and I wish we could get on the plane and go back. The location is perfect for this side of Alcudia, close to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The gorgeous beach is less than 10 minutes away. If you're self catering, the Eroski supermarket is around a 15 minute walk, although there are lots of smaller supermarkets much closer. Check in was quick and easy, everything is so fresh and bright. A lot of work has obviously gone into the refurbishment. The pool area is a lovely place to sit, even if you aren't in the water and the children's pool is a great size and depth to let them splash and play while you sit close by. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was equally bright and clean. The children slept well in the bedroom and there is a sofa bed and pull out bed underneath. The balcony is a great size, especially compared to some other hotels in the area. The bathroom is modern with plenty of storage space. The only issue we had was the lack of bath, with a 3 year old who is frightened of the shower. We solved this by purchasing a small, cheap paddling pool from one of the local shops and filled it each evening for him. All the staff were cheerful and friendly, more than happy to help if we needed anything. I would like to say a special thank you to Martin, who works so hard to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. He was so patient and kind to my boys, who were thrilled to meet someone who matched their energy levels. Martin made their holiday really special and they miss him already. Of 20+ stays in Alcudia, this was honestly one of the best, and we would love to return.

Hotel is nice enough, beds comfortable and food in hotel is pretty good. However, if you value your sleep, I would not come here. You should hope that you do not have a room above the bar (107 and 108) as there is no soundproofing and the excessively loud music will keep you awake until midnight. It honestly feels like you are in the bar when laying in bed. It’s a shame that this has spoiled the whole holiday as we came here to relax
