Hotel is nice , food was quite decent .. hotel reception was very good and helpful people .

Хороший отель в Алькудии, комфортная шаговая доступность до пляжа, при этом находится в тихом месте, проезжую часть не слышно совсем. Весьма щедрые и разнообразные завтраки. Но номера не очень большие, слышно соседей. В целом все очень достойно. При заселении угощают шампанским, пляжные полотенца можно взять в аренду под залог 10€ с человека

Pros - location was three minute walk to a beautiful white sand beach. The beach was gorgeous better than some carribean beaches I've been to. Chefs that do the show cooking, they were from Senegal and were very friendly and attentive. They cooked the meat and fish very well. Food was alright but needed more variation. Good guitar player one evening called Franco. would be nice to have entertainment every evening though not just few nights a week. Good price from tui for half board thought it was worth the money. Paid 530pp for a week. Cons- we paid for a double or twin room as stated in our booking confirmation. We got given a camp bed is best to describe it smaller than a double. I had no sleep that first night was horrendous. The pillow was uncomfortable and they only gave us one big one for us to share and the mattress was solid hard. Following day I said can we switch rooms and try a twin instead, the receptionist called gaby said all the rooms are the same and the beds are the same. Even though I walked past a twin room which was open from the maid cleaning peaked in and could clearly see the twin beds were significantly bigger than the one double. Gaby just tried to fob us off. I spoke to a man receptionist later on and he said there's a other twin on top floor and you have to pay an extra 20 euros a night. This room was no different to our original one so why they tried to charge me extra I don't know. After I told him this and that my booking says twin on it I'm not paying extra, he spoke to a manager who wavered the extra cost. The twin beds were alot more acceptable. The spa was not monitored by staff therefore drunk German kids would play football I the small spa pool and drink beer in the sauna. There would be little babies and kids screaming in there too. So there was no peaceful spa environment and you should expect. The gym had no air-conditioning, no water fountain, no cleaning spray to wipe gym equipment after use and no paper towels. This is standard in any gym over the world and is standard health and safety. The dining room plates and dishware were always dirty, you would find old food debris on the plates and mostly people would take a plate and put it down to find a cleaner one. Overall for the price I paid it's was your bog standard hotel. So don't expect luxury. Very basic.

The property is quite far from Port d'Alcudia but closer to Playa d'Alcudia. The rooms are small, especially for 3 adults. They have been recently renovated. The balcony overlooking the large outdoor pool is spacious. The new spa with an indoor pool, sauna and steam room, is very pleasant. The breakfast is good and dinner has space for improvement. In a 4* property, I don't understand that we still have to pay for the use of the safe!
