Beautiful lake front cottage on a 15-home strip of the uniquely-desired Southeast shore of Hubbard Lake! All-Season Waterfront Home Directly on Hubbard Lake Time to relax at a whimsical year-round cottage on the desirable southeast shore of Hubbard Lake. Enjoy spectacular sunsets sipping a drink on a furnished lakeside deck; curl up with a book on the hammock in our shaded yard; or roast marshmallows at the fire pit with the kiddos. A dock, with hoist, is available to bring personal boats or rentals (***Seasonal: May through September for dock & hoist). Additionally, a 5-seat pedal boat can be rented from us for $75, and two kayaks for $100 for the duration of your stay. (Pedal boat AND kayaks together for a discount of $150). Our home is minutes from one of Hubbard Lake’s most popular sandbars (Sucker Creek), several restaurants, a general store, and only 30 minutes away from downtown Alpena. Between swimming, fishing, water sports, golfing, snow-mobiling, and hiking, there’s something here for any couple, family, or group of friends. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. Non-smoking. External Nest cams on front and back door, no internal cams.
