Stayed here a couple of times, 1 time no power and I just left the staff didn't care. The sticking point is when my family had emergency medical issue and I tried cancelling 2 weeks before and they said no or the proof we sent was not god enough even though other hotels said its fine and refunded. So won't be returning

staff rude arrogant and unhelpful. i stayed for a few weeks whilst working and would not recommend for long stays. no cleaning of rooms or changing of supplies. i ended up doing it myself.

It's a bit of a stretch to say that this Lodge is in Stratford but, having said that, you get reasonable value for your £33.99. Comfortable bed, clean room, and a heater. No breakfast but McDonald's next door was OK. Poor lighting if you want to read.

Stayed over Easter for family weekend away. Had very nice stay with great receptionist all day long- room clean and very comfortable. A bit noisy over evening time when people in and out but still okay. Overnight very quiet- great back view room with extra coffee and tea available at reception.

Alcester old Travelodge but great staff. I red the commends before go and it’s nothing like it. Rooms are very clean but in need of updating. However it’s still clean and comfortable. Receptionist is always there to help. Free parking and 24h access.

Really friendly and welcoming place. A very simple hotel with a hassle free check in and comfortable beds. Sure it could do with a bit of updating but it is clean and relaxing and there's food and supplies on the other side of the car park. All you need when you're a travelodger.

I stayed here as a last minute booking as I forgot to book the premier inn we usually stay in. It was me and my two young children. The room was disgusting. There was a big bug squashed on the wall. The mugs and spoons in the room were dirty. There was hair around the toilet and sink. Carpet was stained. Furniture was damaged. Overall just horrible. I would not stay here again.
