"Appalling g! Ant make a single dunk of tea coffe or get water on site. Half an hour walk to nearest cafe and building works were noisy. Kids club/social club attached was very noisy. Overall a traumatic and unpleasing experience. Made worse by sad and moody staff at reception."

"The hotel is very far from the centre and difficult to reach on foot. Otherwise, it is a more than acceptable hotel, like the others in this chain, at a very competitive price per night. Room with shower, desk, bar with terrace, breakfast is a bit limited but complete... It is more than enough for me."

"We are a family with 3 children, we spent one night. They treated us super well, from the girl at reception, who explained everything wonderfully, to the girl at the bar and the cleaner. Exceptional treatment and they went out of their way to help our son with autism, which I thank them for the way they treated him. Everything was fine, very good cleaning, buffet breakfast, everything very tasty and varied. We will stay at this hotel again, we were delighted and the price was phenomenal. Thank you very much for everything."

"If you drive in this hotel, your car cannot reach the entrance of the hotel. The hotel parking lot is about 100 meters away from the hotel. But the problem is that if you don’t ask in the hotel lobby and don’t know the password, you won’t be able to enter the garage even if you find the parking lot. We are navigation I violated the regulations and drove to the nearest public parking lot across two one-way streets. I walked to the hotel and asked about the parking garage location. It cost me 1.7 euros to park in the public parking lot before I drove to the hotel's exclusive parking garage. I hope Ctrip can contact the hotel and send the parking location to According to the booking information, the area around the hotel is quite lively. There is a square with many shops and restaurants. There is a McDonald's in the square, but I can't find it on Dianping or Google. The hotel is overall pretty good."
