Due to the primary system being offline, I didn't receive my key until the day before my check-out, causing inconvenience as I had to repeatedly ask them to open my room. This was particularly inconvenient when coming back to the suite. The lack of cooking facilities in the suite was also inconvenient for my business trip, as I prefer cooking over fast food. Having to purchase cooking utensils was unexpected for a suite. Furthermore, there was no soap provided in the bathroom, so I had to buy my own. It's surprising that even budget motels typically provide shampoo for their guests.
