Alberta Beach Inn and Suites

We come into Alberta beach every second year during the Aug long weekend for a family reunion and this year I decided we would stay in the motel for the weekend. Wrong choice! Should have just stayed in a tent instead. At check in we were told that the water delivery did not arrive that day but there would be water picked up and brought to the rooms. Water never showed up the whole weekend. There was never anyone available to get a hold of at the front desk. The carpets were filthy. After having a shower and walking on the carpets our feet were dirty. There was a ton of bugs out this weekend and I realize that is not the hotels fault but we were there for 3 nights and not once did we see any body trying to clean up the mess the dead bugs left every morning. The door on the room beside us was covered in dead bugs the whole weekend. A pile over an inch high of dead bugs was at the bottom of the door. Not once was any attempt made to clean. This was the first and last time I have stayed here. My recommendation is to find somewhere else to stay!
