Good place for visit Alba or Business Trip in Ferrero

Pretty hotel in prime location for Alba town centre. Staff were all lovely and really helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent and view from restaurant was gorgeous. Good selection for breakfast. Room was spacious and they had made sure everything was accessible for me as I am a wheelchair user. Only downside was it was a little noisy at night.

We recently spent 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. Situated just outside the old town of Alba (which is stunning) we were part of a UK group on a wine tour of Piedmont. The hotel is modern and bright if a bit corporate in design - the rooms were last refurbished in 2013. Our room on the top floor was at the front of the hotel which overlooks the ring road though we did not feel disturbed at night. Spacious with a sitting area, king size bed and walk in shower. Breakfast was buffet style and there is lots of choice which set us up for the day. We did not try the restaurant though people on our trip enjoyed it. What made it for us was the staff - we interacted with reception and at breakfast and they were all welcoming and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Sono stato con altri 5 colleghi in questo Hotel, come facciamo sempre da anni quando veniamo ad Alba, perché sembra veramente di stare in un ambiente familiare. Al di là della qualità della struttura (camere spaziose, pulite, silenziose e confortevoli; colazione abbondante, variegata e con prodotti top), la cosa che ti colpisce di più è la grande disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia di tutto il personale, dalla reception alla sala colazione, cosa che raramente mi capita di trovare da altre parti Veramente complimenti!

Siamo stati per Capodanno, non l'ultimo ma non mi è possibile mettere date più lontane. Ci tengo a recensirlo perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. Molto comodo per raggiungere il centro, silenzioso, noi abbiamo richiesto la camera con due letti separati e siamo stati benissimo, la camera sembra spoglia a colpo d'occhio (il bagno è più noderno) ma è molto confortevole. Avevamo prenotato apposta ad Alba per il cenone nel loro ristorante sul tetto (in città siamo stati diverse volte in giornata,non dista molto da dove viviamo), ma purtroppo non è stato possibile andare (mio marito è stato poco bene e abbiamo richiesto la cena in camera - veloci, tutto ottimo, anche il prezzo) quindi abbiamo dovuto annullare tutto, praticamente un'ora prima dell'evento; il mattino dopo, al check out, non ci hanno addebitato il veglione (essendo per causa nostra credevo lo avrebbero fatto, non me l'aspettavo, correttissimi e lo terrò presente per un'eventuale ritorno ad Alba - anche perché mi è rimasta la voglia di cenare nel loro ristorante!!!) Parcheggio sotterraneo comodissimo e gratuito, anche questa cosa rara,sia in Italia che all'estero (e giriamo parecchio). Colazione con diversi prodotti, che bello trovare l'Estathé che bevo in quantità industriali a casa mia! È bello che pubblicizzino i loro prodotti. Andando via ci hanno omaggiato di una confezione di Ferrero Rocher. Grazie ancora per tutto!
