Hotel Ristorante Toscana

I cannot praise this hotel highly enough - high standards, staff who could not do enough for guests, the kitchen provided wonderful and varied menus every evening and located centre of town - one could wish for nothing more and in the event of our cancelled flight on our check out day, the staff got too, fed us and made rooms available for us at the very very last minute without undue fuss. Stayed here as part of a Just You holiday. The rooms varied from person to person and mine was small but adequate. Luckily the air conditioning worked as I found it quite warm. Hotel is well based for Alassio town centre. Food was lovely for the meat eaters but UNFORTUNATELY, and the only negative, was that they really haven't a clue about vegetarian meals and served a meat filled courgette with a vegetarian option one evening, and thought scrambled egg was a vegetarian dinner main course?! Other than that the staff were very courteous, accomadating and friendly.

A lovely family run hotel in a central location. The food and service were top class and the accommodation was comfortable, with the little extras that make all the difference, bathrobes, slippers and plenty of good quality towels. The cleaning staff were exceptional and always left my room in pristine condition. Thoroughly recommend this hotel if staying in ALASSIO

Stayed half-board for 7 nights on a Just You holiday. A great hotel, just a short walk from the beach and the main shopping street. Local market is held 2 minutes' walk from hotel. Food offering is excellent, with a wide choice at breakfast. Dinner (pre-ordered at breakfast) was consistently good; would particularly recommend the fresh fish options. The rooms vary greatly in terms of size but all are clean and have balconies, although views are not particularly scenic as there are buildings in close proximity on all sides. No tea and coffee facilities in room. Management and staff unfailingly helpful and friendly. An ideal base.

Ristrutturato di recente, a due passi dalla spiaggia, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La nostra camera era una Superior, molto spaziosa, ed aveva una grandissima doccia in muratura, separata dal bagno; unico neo, la posizione affacciata sull'esterno della cucina, con alcuni rumori notturni di troppo. Personale sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e molto simpatico e cordiale, soprattutto quello del ristorante (Luca e Daikiri su tutti). Vasto assortimento di pietanze in tutti i pasti, con il buffet servito direttamente dal personale (modalità che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo). Il coordinatore Sean è il vero punto di forza della struttura, sempre attento a tutti i dettagli e molto affabile, gentile e competente. Volendo ancora migliorare si potrebbe aggiungere una postazione per i massaggi, per accontentare più ospiti contemporaneamente, e perfezionare le regole per la concessione del parcheggio, visto che è obbligatorio depositare le chiavi delle vetture alla reception, particolare che non a tutti può piacere. Nel nostro caso abbiamo purtroppo scoperto, un mattino, che la nostra auto era stata riposizionata senza aver chiuso correttamente la portiera e quindi abbiamo subito protestato con il personale addetto, che poi al momento del conto ci ha concesso un piccolo abbuono, quale risarcimento dello spiacevole inconveniente. Anche nei conteggi degli "Extra" e della tariffa base c'è stato qualche "svarione", prontamente rettificato (con relative scuse) dagli addetti dopo le nostre verifiche e precisazioni. Nel complesso, mi sento di consigliare la struttura, senza alcun dubbio.

ho scelto questo hotel perchè sono celiaco esperienza buona, ma non buonissima perchè le scelte per noi non sono molte. Faccio un esempio: in una settimana ho dovuto mangiare tre volte la crema di verdure, ad agosto al mare!!!! Ci deve essere un primo di pasta o riso, invece bisogna richiedere la variante. A colazione stessa torta per una settimana o crepes sottili, mai croissant gf. la cifra pagata è alta, ma i clienti "normali" hanno più scelta
