服務態度超級好，我們是錯峯出行去的時候沒有多少人了，就我們兩個人，但是老闆還是不辭辛苦的從營地過來接我們過去。即使是人很少，也給我們堆了一個旺火，該有的儀式感一樣都沒有少放了煙花，氛圍很好，推薦推薦!

訂的6人蒙古包，免費升級了8人蒙古包（多虧給升級了，我們6個人住剛剛好），這點比較滿意。提前讓老闆給聯繫的五湖穿越，本來説的是小天鵝湖，駱駝湖，龍眼湖（翡翠之眼），烏蘭湖和吉他湖，但因為老闆跟越野車司機那邊沒有溝通好，吉他湖改成了大天鵝湖（就是營地所在附近），還是有些遺憾的，不過聯繫的越野車司機還是很好的。

蒙古包，在沙漠裏，有點難找，不是越野車就跟穿越團隊進吧，我自己開車進去的，都懷疑是不是地方錯了。老闆娘還挺好的，説前幾天下雨，有的會潮濕，給我找了個乾爽的，老闆的父母很好，陪我聊天，第二天早上還説給我弄了早飯，長者家70多歲了，在沙漠裏看房挺辛苦的！星空太美了，看了大漠孤煙直，長河落日圓

直接定的營地住宿，打營地電話讓幫忙找個五湖穿越的靠譜師傅，莫名其妙變成旅行社客户了。進去營地是旅行社負責的，營地老闆不管，受旅行社接送時間限制。營地是佛系管理，基本不管，我是看着評價定的，真沒見到其他評價中的服務。

房間用品比較乾淨！老闆給找的五湖穿越老司機！開車技術非常好！價格也不貴！營地沙漠卡丁車項目孩子比較喜歡玩！老闆家的妞妞也很可愛，兩個孩子一起玩！滑沙項目都是免費的！看日出日落星空非常美！

蒙古包晚上非常安靜，運氣好看到了非常漂亮的星空。駱駝是老闆自己家的，牽着帶我們騎了一圈，滑沙板也是用了老闆自家的，非常好的體驗。五湖穿越不建議暈車的人去，太刺激了。沙漠腹地沒法追求更好的生活條件，衞生方面不能強求，可以理解。
