Club Mahindra Arookutty, Alleppey

We absolutely loved living in CM Arookutty. We were simply blown away by the property that is pristine but with so much Kerala character. The staff everyewhere here is super helpful and caring. We ate many meals at the Ripples restaurant and the food here is 5 Star. Good delicious food with lots of options. I highly recommend putting this destination on your list when coming to Kerala.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Club Mahindra. The hospitality and support from the team were exceptional. Special thanks to Arun and Preeti from the reception team – they were extremely helpful and ensured we had all the information and facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. In the dining area, Nalin and Hridya truly stood out with their warm and professional service. Hridya served the food with such grace and care, and Nalin’s communication and order handling were excellent – making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable stay and I truly appreciate the efforts of the staff who made us feel at home. Looking forward to visiting again!

We had an excellent 4 days stay here at this lovely property. All the departments involved in looking after the guests were absolutely good, the food was delicious and the service was even better . We would like to come here again with our families and friends.

Considerate and warm behavior of the staff at the restaurant (Pabantika, nalin and others) and resort made our stay comfortable. Limited choice at the A la carte menu, but the food was good. The property is somewhat smaller compared to other club mahindra locations, but it's pleasant and well maintained and cosy.

I recently visited Club Mahindra Alleppey resort and was extremely disappointed by how poorly the resort treats its taxi drivers. First of all, the washroom facilities provided for the drivers were in terrible condition – dirty, unhygienic, and barely usable. The parking area is equally bad, with uneven ground and very limited space, making it difficult to park without risking damage to the vehicle.To make matters worse, the water available for bathing was visibly polluted and unsafe, leaving drivers with no proper facilities to freshen up after a long drive. Shockingly, there were no rooms or even proper resting areas for drivers, forcing them to sleep in their cars or seek accommodations elsewhere.For a resort of this caliber, it's disappointing that they completely neglect the people who work hard to bring guests to their doorstep. I would not recommend this resort to any taxi drivers or their clients unless these issues are addressed immediately.

It's a must visit destination. The wonderful service and amazing sumptuous delicacy are simply mindblowing. Wonderful staff and their out of the world service is the use of this resort. Thank you team for the outstanding service and experience.
