Mylome Luxury Hotel & Resort

I visited the hotel immediately after opening, in an info organized by my travel agency, I liked how the resort looks, so I decided to spend a vacation here. I arrived at the hotel on 05.04.2025, a few days after the hotel reopened. Even though I arrived in the morning at 09.30 in 20 minutes I received the room (a thing to be appreciated). The staff at the reception is friendly and kind. Thanks to Aliona Costache for her kindness.Clean room, with mini-bar supplied daily with water, beer and soft drinks. The maid enters the room whenever requested (there is an electronic control at the entrance to the room). There is a big problem in the rooms: there is no hanger for clothes and in the bathroom there is only one hanger for towels. You have to hang all the towels on top of each other. If someone from the hotel management reads these impressions, maybe they will correct this. All bars in the hotel serve quality imported drinks (including pool bar). There are also a-la-carte restaurants (one free for 7 nights). We went to the Italian and Octopus and we ate very well. In the main restaurant the food is of quality and arranged very nicely. One thing worth mentioning is the existence of a café where different types of coffee are served. The snack bar in the pool area is very ok. You can find everything you want. The pools are very nice and clean. There is (until 01.05) a heated swimming pool. Beautiful and clean beach with smooth entrance to the Mediterranean Sea. The staff serving the bars and restaurants is made up of very well trained and kind young people. I mention in particular Mustafa Con Yldirim who works at the bar in the hotel lobby but also Mehmet Demir's colleague. There was only one thing I didn't like: one of the days it was my wife's birthday and I wanted a bouquet of flowers and a small birthday cake. If I paid the 30 euros for flowers without hesitation, I didn't think it was ok to charge me 20 euros for a small cake. In conclusion, a very good hotel that I recommend to all tourists who want quality services and a carefree vacation.

Mylome Luxury hotel is the place where you can find a genuine and pure place for your vacation. I had a great time at this hotel. When you enter the hotel, you see that the interior is modern, stylish, and at the same time cozy. Everything is in a convenient layout, and most importantly, an ecological idea is ensured. Convenient access to the sea, heated outdoor and indoor pools. Next to the hotel is a small peninsula with castle ruins and beautiful natural surroundings. The hotel's location is also great, because not far away are the cities of Side and Alanya, where you can see historical and cultural heritage.  The food at the hotel is really delicious. You can taste dishes of different cultures all day long. Therefore, there is enough choice for everyone. Without the great dedication of the chefs and waiters, this would be hardly possible.  The staff is excellent. Despite the large number of visitors, professional staff try to please vacationers and serve them to the highest standards. Thanks to the hotel manager Ismail, and also to all the service staff from the groundskeepers to the management team. The animation and entertainment were excellent. There are various activities in the evenings and during the day. The organized events and celebrations were impeccable. The animators communicate with you and entertain visitors all the time. And if entertainment is not enough, the animators offer even more alternatives. I would like to especially thank the following animators and employees: • Deniz - an explosive charge during events and when getting the audience going.  • Hande and Sena - Zumba and step aerobics masters. They really know their stuff. • Eda - a GYM fitness professional. Once you meet her, you will regret eating an extra piece of cake at lunch. No worries! She will definitely help you to improve your body lines, and when you are with her, you will not even want to leave the gym. • Samet, Lorin, Can, Mesut, Melek, Yaren, Ulyana, Vol - an always smiling company that brightens up the day. The animators are full of energy every day. Thanks for their work. To sum up, I recommend Mylome Luxury Hotel. Good luck to the hotel in its future success.

A huge thanks to the wonderful Mylome staff for a fantastic vacation! We rested very well and replenished our Vitamin D reserves, which are severely deficient in our region. The hotel has amazing employees who constantly ensure that guests are satisfied with everything. I will confidently recommend Mylome to my friends. Very little is missing for an ideal vacation: improving the evening programs (it doesn't necessarily have to be pop stars; Turkish groups could be invited) and teaching the guys at the bar how to make cocktails according to the recipes (at least write down the quantities of all cocktail ingredients), because now whether you get a delicious cocktail or just a mix of liquids depends only on luck. And it's not the bartenders' fault—most probably don't consume alcohol at all, and it's very difficult for them to mix a proper cocktail without knowing the exact composition (even from excellent drinks). But these are minor remarks, and once they're addressed, Mylome would become a dream vacation spot! I believe we will return—Mylome captured our hearts, and we've been to Turkey almost 10 times, comparing Mylome with Rixos, Rubi, and several other hotels where we've vacationed. By the way, the Mylome anthem, which starts the animators' program every morning at 10 AM, is now my phone's ringtone... and I only answer calls after thoroughly enjoying this melody!

Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations, even though we had heard only positive experiences. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and with a wonderful view. The room was cleaned and the minibar was filled daily. The hotel grounds are very beautiful -lots of flowers and green areas- and compact. The food experience was also very positive – the choice was wide, the tastes varied and there was something for everybody. The bars offered various drinks and cocktails. The service was fast and friendly. Special thanks to Mervan, who always took care of our drinks by the pool. In general, all the staff was always smiling, helpful and professional. We felt truly welcomed. Thanks to wonderful Hande, whose energy was infectious and under whose guidance we did at least 1-2 workouts every day. The evening shows were different every day and professionally performed. The season opening discoparty was especially great, which we managed to attend before the evening of departure. All in all – a great place to vacation. We definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back!

Absolutely the best vacation!!! I definitely recommend the MYLome Hotel – it doesn’t matter whether you're vacationing as a couple, with family or with friends, this hotel is perfect for everyone. The staff are very friendly and pleasant, and the activities are great as well. A special favorite was the trainer Hande – her water aerobics and zumba were absolutely full of fun. The food selection was very diverse and tasty. The entire hotel, both inside and out, was clean and beautiful.

Room service is very good and helpful. The food here is very delicious and animation team is so fun and there is many activities to participate in. Every morning and evening animation many shows and games like darts, yoga., Zumba etc. Sena is part of the yoga and step up aerobics program and is always very energetic and keeps great motivational vibes going. The bar people always skating around offering drinks, cleaning up straight after.
