Ark Apart and Suite Hotel

I travelled to this hotel as a family or 10 Where do I start the hotel advertising live music and entertainment that was not the case the entertainer played the same 4 songs all day kids club consisted of broken toys and printed sheets to colour in but my son was told to colour only one sheet the entertainment guy continued to ignore kids and was moody he played pool with my son and because beat him he proceeded to knock all the balls across the table in a strop. We was all inclusive and bar staff at meal times would roll there eyes and had a problem with giving us drinks they would stand a stair at our table every night pointing at us they complained and said we abused their service by ordering drinks when we had drinks on the table but were a group of 10 The table service guy kept tickling my 4 year old daughter and whispered to her to meet him out the hotel the hotel’s response to this was all staff love kids completely ignored the complaint My brother needed first aid and was told they hove nothing to help him but behind the bar was a first aid box. Another family also needed first aid because there two children had a allergic reaction to a plant and was refused first aid and lemons to stop the sting my son had to help them the children were screaming in pain and was ignored.no cleaning in my room no clean towels and was not changed at all The pool was not covered up at night and never got cleaned the whole time we were there the food was disgusting and never catered for allergies the food was that bad other families that were also all inclusive refused to the food and was buying food elsewhere. No air conditioning in your room you had to pay a 100 euros per room again disgusting you have to pay that as you already paid so much already . The traffic outside continues all throughout the night so you get no sleep Please reconsider staying at this hotel

This is my honest review Bad points When we got to the hotel at midnight our rooms weren’t available so we had to go in temporary rooms The next day we were put in these apartments facing the main road which is extremely noisy. Bare in mind these are meant to be deluxe rooms which i can say they definitely weren’t On asking to move the first time we were told they were to busy and then when on the beach contacted them they wanted to charge us a £200 to move rooms. The noise from the balcony is so loud you can’t sit outside and this continues all day and night so we slept awful. The rooms were dirty as seen in the pictures theres mould in the shower, something brown splattered all over the tiles, dirty fixtures, dirty hob and stained dirty furniture The freezer door was missing so we couldn’t use it for ice lollies because it wouldn’t freeze anything. We asked 3 times for it to be fixed and eventually someone came to look and said they would fix it the next day but never did Only air conditioning in the bedroom The pool is dirty with lots of black bits floating around in the water and you couldn’t swim without getting someones hair wrapped around your fingers 🤢 Daughter ended up with an ear infection from swimming in the pool The entertainment wasn’t great and was pretty non existent The reception staff are rude and dismissive and get aggressive if you have a problem and the owner is aggressive Not very close to the main town and restaurants , 20 minute walk in humid hot weather Good points Rooms were spacious The bar staff were so helpful and friendly and always checked to see if there was anything you needed The water slides were good The food we brought from the snack bar was always nice and fresh Clean towels changed daily and bedding changed regularly Would i go back definitely not I booked a 3 star and that’s what i was expecting and if it were clean it would be great but i don’t want to live in someone else’s dirt. Beware this hotel tried to rip us off by selling us a deluxe room that doesn’t exist.

Me, my husband, and 3 children came fir the first time. We absolutely loved it and are looking at booking to go back next year, the hotwl rooms were very clean, we had to pay for air con separately on arrival which we knew about when we booked the holiday. There are 3 slides and a seperate baby slide in the baby pool my kids loved them and can safely say i gad fun going down them to 😆 the main pool is one depth so just be mindful if your children are not good swimmers as it is deep. The food there was absolutely lovely, expect Turkish food as you are in Turkey me and my family really enjoyed the food. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly there we had such a laugh with them all and are always happy to help, thank you for making us feel so welcome. Ken the childrens entertainment was fantastic, my kids loved it he did different games and activities for the children in the day, ken always had time for families going round and talking to them, getting everyone up and involved in the dancing in the day around the pool which my kids loved. At night he did the mini kids disco which the kids loved and may i say even my teenage lads loved it, joining in with the dancing. Ken even got the afults involved also which was lovely to see and after would do night time entertainment from bingo, karaoke, fire show and more and in the day he would get the adults involved with darts and the games around the pool also. Thank you for the experience and making our holiday enjoyable and fun would highly recommend coming. Thank you 😊

Highly reccomend Ark suit apart for your family holiday, excellent otel very clean and tidy, food is excelent, good selection of choice for all the family even with some picky eaters like mine they all found somthing they liked, central and the beach is not far away only a 20min walk or very cheap by taxi ( we took liera ) we walked back central is very nice and a loverly place to walk round, otel staff are very plesent and kind bartenders and waiters are friendly and carnt do enough for you we had a good laugh with them and my lads loved it both riley 17 and payton 15 and 13 willow, ken runs a very excellent animation team he is an appsolute legend he had all the familys up and dancing and very entertained with his fire show and dancing and just being a good laugh, club dancing round the pool also pool games, we sat and had dinner a few time with him loverly guy, my lads were always doing the activities, you could say because of ken and the other staff we are coming back next year for deffinate. Its so relaxed and friendly. Ken you are amazing and we thank you for everything. If your looking for somewhere to go and relax have fun and adventure and not to worrie about is it safe then ark suit apart is your place for certain. Thanks again david & natasha

Have to say this hotel is very clean and spacious, downside you have to pay for air-conditioning and its only in the bedroom . My wee boy loved the slides and the pancakes every morning. Staff are great , and the animation team is incredible with the kids, especially Ken. The beach / foam party was brilliant. 100% recommend this hotel.

Just got back from this hotel have to say that the hotel is very clean and the bar staff are very friendly. But I will say the entertainer is awful he played the same 5/6 songs every day that 90% off the people around the pool were fed up of and I will also say that the food in the main restaurant was awful not a lot too choose from.we met some nice families out there which was good as we ended up entertaining ourselves.
