So many incorrect descriptions on Agoda: WiFi costs extra The safe costs extra There is no daily cleaning Towels are changed every third day Everything on the beach cost extra and was not included in the price They were stingy with the meat This was my fifth trip to Alanya, and this hotel was definitely the worst, not meeting my expectations at all I will never go there again

Rooms very clean, drinks decent - entertainment great, Haribo the entertainer made the holiday very good! Very hot weather for October, lovely place and will definitely return. Pool nice size and not far away from shops and other bars, very nice!

Very friendly place. Best wishes for Kamil and Hakan from reception. The food is fresh. Restaurant and kitchen staff were lovely, great service. Chef de cuisine is the best. The hotel is clean. Entertainment was ok. Some nights better than others. Horibo make fantastic job. It was a very nice time to be here and great holiday.

First time of writing a review.... Starting off with the receptionist staff. Very helpful and friendly so that was pretty handy... Thought our rooms were spot on, only thing was we were looking directly to another building from out balconies, but that's not a big thing... Onto the staff, as a whole they were all great Haribo does his job very well. Guy must be knackered as he is here there and everywhere Now onto the all inclusive bit, so you have like watered down efes, so we were actually going out to buy a few cans from the shops, what a difference in taste. Same with the vodka, we got one with no ice or juice. Tasted like water. So off too the shops we went. Bar closes at 11 then basically its back to your balconies...We will stop there with the alcohol. We had 2 kids and kids love water slides and ice cream, why can't they just leave the slides open, as the guy at the top is just sitting on his phone anyway... so open for an hour 3 times a day is quite terrible for the kids, and having an ice cream bit open for an hour a day in the baking hot heat also doesn't make any sense... I thought I wasn't going to like the food, but I gave it a try and I like most of the things that were served all being they were luke warm. Entertainment for me wasn't the best, Karaoke and Turkish night were my favourites. All in all a bit of an up and down holiday. But we met some great people there too

I have never left a review before but for someone that relies on them heavily I thought I should start. Firstly, the hotel is clean but it’s not a 4* hotel. We got a family room which was nice for the space but nothing like the modern pictures. The beds are rock hard & we did mention this to our rep who said he would sort something but we never heard anything. You need to bring your own towel for a sunbed as there aren’t any here, we had to buy a couple from the shop down the road, unexpected from a 4* There are plenty of sun beds available however this is low season (early october) I can’t imagine what the hotels like in peak summer as it’s pretty small. The lift only holds 4 people max but that would be squeezed. There isn’t much variety of food, if you’re fussy you won’t like it here. bottles of water are extra, even though this is suppose to be ‘all inclusive plus’ you can however fill a water bottle up or a plastic cup. The ice cream between 4-5pm is nice! It’s not terrible but it’s not 4* so if you bare that in mind and want a cheap break away for £300ish max then perfect. I wouldn’t pay over £400 to come here again.

Really good time. Staff really friendly, especially Haribo who was always on hand to help. Different events each night to keep you entertained. A stones throw from nearest beach. Room was as described with a great view. would definitely come back!
