Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel

Good morning well I am still here at this hotel and I just though that I may be able to save a few people a bad time the hotel is ok but the food is total rubbish every day the food as been crap this morning was broccoli and sweetcorn with some sort of sausage in gravy belive me when I tell you it's bad like most people I can make do with the food when on holiday dismissing the bad moments as fussy people but this time I have to agree with all the negative comments if you can afford a few more quid now it will save you having to pay for food twice listern people to what I am saying .And I have all my own teeth

1) Excellent location (5 minutes to Cleopatra beach) 2) Renovated rooms, air conditioning, elevator 3) Very good Turkish/international food, lots of vegetables, fruits, variety 4) very polite and efficient service (reception, waiters, cleaning) 5) professional manager who watches over the quality every day 6) the hotel restaurant has a 4.8 rating on Google 7) bus number 1 to the port (clubs), along the coast

We had a great time staying in this hotel. Everything was more than good. Most important for us: the staff was great, all of them were very kind, always smiling, greeting us, always there to help. Pool clean, rooms also, food tasty, both breakfast and dinner phenomenal. Great location, everything is so close. Definetly it was more than we expected. I think it deserves more than 3 stars. We are glad that we choose it and will come again for sure.

Hotel needs some updating Room is nice beds comfortable, bathroom is nice accept water not very hot, but not a issue as very hot outside so a cool shower was nice. Complimentary shower gel, towels seen better days. Be careful of shower its slippery . It has a wardrobe small but ok, balcony facing the street in our room 2 chairs and table , Aircon is a godsend in July. Has a hair dryer. 2 Bedside tables, plenty of plug sockets The room is made up every day if wanted. Mirror in bedroom, fridge as well. Food is basic plenty salad and fruit, rice, chips, chicken,spaghetti. Drinks expensive if not all inclusive we were breakfast and dinner.Lift small holds 4 people. Staff are really friendly and nice. Small pool nice not very big but ok. Has private beach have to pay for sun beds and parasols. Bring beach towels with you or buy one when there. WiFi free in lobby but else where you have to pay for it £14 for a week per room which is hit and miss. If you want luxury give this hotel a miss you get what you pay for

Kleopatra Blue Hawaii hotel … ingenting Blue, slet ikke Hawaii , gamle og slidt…halvpension ligner en kantine i en arbejdslejrer.diskount og smagsløse mad… på hotellet støj 24/7 aldrig ro! absolute IKKE Handicap venlig hotel…det findes kun en lille 4 Pers.elevator og det er ikke plads til en kørestol ellerhjælperen ved siden af ! (personale bruge det også) ved ankomst fik vi tilbud om køb sf solsengen for hele uge..spild af penge !hotelets strand nummer 7 på Kleopatra Beach ligner en losseplads ,livsfarlig og ligge på de defekte senge. parasollerne er defekte møgbeskidte og klamme! Lugten af pis på værelserne oplevet flere gange manglende vand på badeværelse , og hvis det er vand så er enten kun Brandt varme eller kun kold vand i vandhanenerne ingen respons fra hotellet , ingen kommentar trods adskillige henvendelser er du tvivl på indhold af teksten se vedlagte billeder Kleopatra blue Hawaii hotel ... nothing blue, not Hawaii at all, old and worn out... half board looks like a canteen in a labor camp. discount and tasteless food... noise 24/7 never calm! absolutely NOT Handicap-friendly hotel... there is only a small 4-person elevator and there is no room for a wheelchair or the helper next to it! (staff use it too) on arrival we were offered to buy the sf sunbed for the whole week..a waste of money! the hotel's beach number 7 on Kleopatra Beach looks like a landfill, dangerous to lie on the defective beds. the parasols are defective, dirty and clammy! experienced a lack of water in the bathroom several times, and if it is water then either only Brandt hot or only cold water in the taps no response from the hotel, no comment despite several inquiries If you are in doubt about the content of the text, see the attached pictures

No hot water in our room complained twice.day 4 and room has yet to be serviced. No choice of food,food not labled to say what it is ,resturaunt not big enough so tables very scarce.this is an all inclusive hotel. Long wait at the bar,staff keep doing a disapeering act... Totally disapointing all inclusive hotel
