Hi I went here for 8 days I use to live in Antalya old city I also worked as Nanny for three years in Istanbul .I can speak Turkish fairly well which I think some staff felt annoying .I learnt on my days off.Firstly this hotel is very far out from Antalya .by at least 3 hours shuttle when Love holidays say only two .Private Taxi is 2 hours and cost £100 approx as a lone traveler found exhausting as slightly disabled my feet .I can't imagine parents with children after a 4 hour flight coping and some parents didn't they actually felt incorrect information and were cross about it .Regarding food I had no problem there were loads of choices and for children if your children don't eat veg or chicken nuggets chips mash baked beans small pitsa slices at end of qué up line before going to mixed salad bar can be missed There is . soups near the bread place on left before queueing for main meals meats chicken Turkey Rice Please don't come to a inclusive hotel and expect a MC Donald's round the corner ! .because for that would have to get on a bus or order a taxi as this hotel isolated to be honest .There is a microwave by the bread stand .Two parents went to reception and complained to reception wanted to speak to the manager they told me the reception said there wasn't one .However could told them to speak to the restaurant manager Ibrahim who would helped and show them where the microwave was to heat up food for their children .However some staff at reception were rude unhelpful and didn't even smile .Come on I know September end of season and tired but could still put guests in the right direction for help .Children in restaurant and mealtimes adults very noise no peace there and had to grab a table by as a solo traveler putting your drink and bread on it before getting main meal .There were high chairs but for any child below 5 years to low the chairs and their chins just reached the top of the table .Just little things that could make life better instead alot crying going on bcos had to kneel on the chairs to eat or sit on their parents laps .Don't understand reviews restaurant was not clean the staff cleaning mopping floors changing tablecloths all the time .Cutlery .Don't agree with that comment at all.Rooms were clean when arrived went down hill a bit four days in had to ask for simple things like plastic bags for bins .Found easier to put in hall any dirty towels sheets but the clean sheet just thrown on the bed for me to do and I'm disabled .Don't think cleaned floors shower as left something on floor to prove my point .!!. By the way the pillows are feather because that's what I left on the floor in the bathroom ..TV in room good Air con good and the beds mattresses comfy and towels are clean .Bottles water left in rooms daily .Fridge didn't work I said but they thought broken reception their English not that good I said no it's not plugged in and I can't pull fridge out of unit to look.Anyway they did fix .Only because used some

Very very bad hotel. The room and the entire hotel are dirty and not well-maintained. The photos on the listing do not accurately reflect the actual condition. The furniture and bed are old and in poor condition. The hotel is noisy and crowded, making it hard to rest. The food is of low quality and not fresh. Staff members are asking guests to leave 5-star reviews in exchange for free coffee, which I find very unprofessional and misleading.
