I had an issue trying to connect to Wi-Fi, I wanted to call front desk and the phone was not connected, I had to get clothes on to walk to the desk. We did not sleep well at all 1st the refrigerator fan made a noise all night, 2nd in the room across the hall were children screaming and running and hitting their door while playing again I couldn't call desk. Upon check out I asked for a receipt, she stated you Hampton do not give because we confirmed with a third party when the night b4 at a Hampton I asked and was given a check out receipt. I told her the fridge fan is bad she stated all the appliances are bad, when I complained about the kids noise, she stated that sometimes happens, she was very cold and her tone was... that's too bad, not once did she apologize. I always book stays with Hampton, now I will book with someone else.
