We had an event at the hotel and decided to use their catering. The Food and Beverage Manager clearly wasn’t happy when our event ran longer than she expected. She even raised her voice to let us know we’d have to pay for the extra time. We were totally fine with that because we could pay, but it was not her place to handle it since she wasn't part of the Front Office. Her attitude was rude, and she seemed really annoyed with our group. I really hope management checks in on this because her behavior left a bad impression of the hotel’s service.

I'm going to write much more later. When I was here, the place was still under construction, the dining area wasn't even ready. It is not close to the beach as it looks like in the video. For a lot of the Philippines, it is all about appearances and it was completely disappointing. It's been almost a year now so hope they fixed everything. The walls were very dirty - this is NOT a resort by "resort" standards. The staff is nice and accomodating for sure. This is reallty a reflection of the management. I'm going to write much more later.

Pros: 1. If you are going to do island hopping in hundred islands, this is the place to stay. Its the newest and i guess the biggest hotel in Alaminos right now. About 5 minutes to Lucap wharf. 2. The rooms are huge, particularly the junior sweet room. It also has 2 large aircons so even during summer, room temp will always be cool. 3. They offer free shuttle to Lucap Warf and to Bolo Beach. 4. Wifi is strong. Cons: 1. Water pressure is very weak. Also the water heater is very incosistent. 2. There is feint bad smell coming from the bathroom. It smells like sewer. 3. They have this weird policy of giving 2 bottled waters for a room with 4 declared occupants 4. Breakfast can be improved. It os a little bit cold. 5. Housekeeping staff is inconsistent. There are times where you have to call twice or thrice to follow up on your request.

The First Islatel is a new hotel in Alaminos (about a year old I think) and very near to the Hundred Islands port. The room and amenities are very good. The pool and bar are located at the back of the hotel where you can wind down after the day's activities. The breakfast is also free and will be served to you by the poolside. Compared to the other hotels in the vicinity, this one is better. The staff is very courteous, polite, and helpful. There weren't many guests during our stay there (probably because the typhoon had just passed) so we had the pool all to ourselves when we used it that night. The hotel also has a shuttle service that can take you to Bolo Beach which Islatel also owns or to the Hundred Islands Port. This place is highly recommended when you visit Alaminos, Pangasinan.

Location: 5 min from the hundred island wharf perfectly situated Hotel Staff: Amazing,friendly,accomodationg and have .very high standard of customer service beyond your expectations. Accomodation: Spacious room,comfy bed..free shuttle to bolo beach and wharf hundred island FREE: access to their private beach BOLO beach amazing experience. Suggestion:can add a softer pillow for those who are having back issue

Their safe wasn’t set up with proper security code, you can easily open by entering 000000. Would not stay here again, and also our first room was infested with mosquitoes. If you do stay make sure if you’ve prepaid for anything to show them. They don’t have a pee trap in bathrooms so it has sewage smell, it will probably get worse as the hotel gets older. I believe hotel is under a year old?

A good place to stay in Alaminos Pangasinan. The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. The hotel offers a free tour to their extended property which has a a very clean beach. The view in this private beach is very calming and relaxing.
