Amazing experience. The only thing that disappointed us is the check in process. It was very long and there was lack of “welcome ceremony” which we’d really wanted to see.

Everything was amazing. I went to AlUla because I wanted to stay here, and it was such an extraordinary experience that I'm truly glad I went.

It's just a rural version of Banyan Tree. It's not worth the money. The mini bar is charged for such an expensive price. When I asked her if it wasn't free, she told me that nothing is free in this world. The room is very small. The bathroom is made of glass and you can see outside. There is no heating. The shower water is hot and cold. It's also cold when you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I asked for a thick robe for the sound bath, but it was not delivered to me after several hours. I was so cold lying on the floor. There was no Arabic coffee for breakfast. You can only order two kinds, but each one is very large.

I went there after seeing it on Xiaohongshu. Xiaohongshu is really a liar's book. How can such a bad hotel be promoted by so many internet celebrities to deceive Chinese people. First of all, the price of this hotel is higher than Banyan Tree, but the room is really different from Banyan Tree. I stayed in a room for one night, which was just a thatched hut, relatively small, and without service. There was a power outage for 3 hours in the middle of the night, in June. A power outage for 3 hours, what a concept, it's so hot, really don't believe those internet celebrities' promotions on Xiaohongshu anymore. Those internet celebrities can get in for money.
