Overall good. It's cold indoors, and the locals wear long robes and short-sleeved short skirts, which is still relatively cold. The price is high, but hotel prices in Riyadh are generally high.

The hotel is a bit old. The swimming pool is a bit small. There are few breakfast options. The service is OK.

Really excellent experience and special thanks to Ele She was so kind and really better to promote her as a leadership position also Sara in the reception she was professional and support me too much and I hope to take care of her I recommend to promote both Sara and Ele

Bad Survice’s, noisy , waiting for the reception to respond !!!q, I hate the experience never do it again , shortage of staff, I don’t recommend it at all, no one is responding to your requests. I don’t want to write anymore . It is not one of my pleasant experiences .

The beds need to be replaced as they sink and rather uncomfortable The breakfast needs to change instead of the same items everyday. Like Chinese rice porridge or Indian dosa / prata Dinner buffet for in house guest needs to reduced. Price rather steep for very basic food presented

Food was good and fresh. The place was conducive for good conversation while having breakfast. Food server was friendly and so accomodating (Ms. Ellie). I enjoyed fajita with freat taste and freshly baked bread specially criissant with cheese. The experience can be shared with family and friends.

A very Nice Hotel, the location is good near of shopping Mall, stuff are very friendly and polite, the service provided was great, buffet was good and delicious. I recommend this hotel because of their good service and good location……………..

First of all I would like to acknowledge holiday inn Al Khobar for the perfect stay experienced. Everything was so nice. Food in the restaurant also have a great choice. Especially the staff is very accommodating and always smiling. They very well trained aswell Looking forward for another stay in the hotel.

I have been in this hotel. They gave me a super bad smell and dirty smoker room but I asked for a non smoking. The room was definitively dirty…a super old moquette it was the house of billion of bacters, the soap cans empty also of I asked to be refilled. It is an old hotel where hygien is their last thought!
