Al Nabila Cairo Hotel

This is not a family hotel, it's not even a hotel, it is a budget Motel at best for walk ins with no where else to stay the night. We walked in to check in, to a smoke filled office which was pilled high with papers and crap everywhere. The streets were all broken around it. The location is very difficult, you cannot cross the street, it's on a freeway! You literally need a taxi to take you to the other side, even the locals I spoke with don't attempt it for fear of their lives. There was no reception area (still under construction from 2023 from what I can see from the previous reviews) and no restaurant. The room service for breakfast OMG what was that? Even I can make a better meal! They showed me the standard room I had booked with twin beds OMG it was simply a disgrace and so I had to pay an extra $320 AUD to upgrade to a room which was I swear crawling with dust mites. I had booked for 7 nights as it was on the Qantas website (clearly they had no idea or checked it out) I lasted 1 night only and got out of there. Do not book it - it is not close to anything. It may have been ok in its 'Hey Day' but those days have well and truly gone. I had no idea it had a pool - even if I had lasted long enough to see it (which it was closed according to 2023 review) It would no doubt not be fit for use! These people have no idea!
