Unreliable place!! We booked and paid in full 6 months before going. 2 weeks before departure they simply told us that they did not have our room and that they were going to give us a lower cost one without reimbursing the difference. We tried to understand and they told us that because the prices of the rooms had gone up they would not honor the difference!! They then proceeded to cancel our reservation without our permission. It was terrible!! Do not got there!! Or you may end up without a room

The hotel itself is really nice, the staff are helpful, the pool area is lovely, the restaurant is good (although breakfast is sparse) however we were severely disappointed with our room. Staying in one of the standard rooms we were allocated a room with a front door that didn’t lock nor close properly. It was very damp, the mattress and pillows were damp to touch. The bathroom was shocking, very dirty and damaged. I am surprised that hotel management thought it was acceptable to put guests in there…see pictures. Due to the damp in the room the bathroom had a lot of black mould which had also transferred onto the towels provided. When we complained to front desk they mentioned that they receive complaints about these rooms a lot so best to avoid when booking this hotel!!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the rhythmic beats of soothing music playing throughout the hotel. The ambiance was laid-back yet stylish, setting the perfect tone for my stay. The hotel’s dedication to music was evident everywhere, from the curated playlists that set the mood in the common areas to the live performances by talented local artists. The pool area was a highlight, where I could lounge on comfortable daybeds, enjoy refreshing drinks, and let the music wash over me as I soaked up the sun. Dining at The Source was a delight, with a variety of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Morocco and beyond. The rooftop terrace, with its stunning views of Marrakesh, was an ideal spot for enjoying my meals and catching the vibrant sunset. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warmth and hospitality truly enhanced my experience. Overall, The Source Chill Out Music Hotel is a unique gem in Marrakesh. Lovely spot outside of the city centre. It's quiet and peaceful with well tended gardens and a beautiful outdoor pool and terrace. There are cats and dogs that happily live in the hotel grounds. We had drinks on the roof terrace, which was lovely and gave a great sunset view. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. I found it tricky at first to locate my room. The rooms are all nicely spaced out, but they don't have door numbers outside them, so you need to memorise where your room is, which I didn't realise at first.

The Source Hotel, Music and Spa We stayed at this hotel between 31 May and 2 Jun. As you enter the gate you are projected a calm ambiance with an expansive garden and well separated living areas offering good privacy. The pool and its’ area offers a chill vibe, with the covered restaurant in the background and plenty of seating and lounging areas around it. The water temperature is good and the pool is meticulously maintained every day. Landscaping is also taken care of diligently. The wifi is strong enough for all areas. We stayed in a standard bungalow which has a good bed with separate covers and a bathroom. No storage area, only some wood beams to hang stuff on. The included breakfast is very good with lots of options. You can even have eggs made to order. We only ate one dinner there. Menu options are kind of limited but what we tried was good. What wasn’t clear was the policy regarding when you could get food. We were told lunch is served until 5, but when we tried to order something just after 4:30, we were told the kitchen is closed. Surprisingly, we saw people being served after 5. We didn’t really press the issue. Check out is at 12, which is a bonus, as are the half a litre of water bottles offered each day. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel. It is a good value in a beautiful setting not far from tue city centre.

Beautiful setting & gardens, shame about the service. We asked for a coke only to be told none were available; the lunch formula is restricted in choice and the waiter was very confused. It took 3 goes before he understood the bill.

We stayed for 4 nights ; it was amazing, such a wonderful experience. We stayed in villa Bleu, the pool was great, there was plenty of space to relax Everything was clean. Everyone was lovely and accommodating and would recommend to a friend. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

If you want to 'get away from it all' and like it quiet, a bit remote and a little quirky then this is the place for you! Hotel is located away from all the hustle and bustle of the city (about 30 mins away from the city centre) with nothing much else around it. We had a fabulously sized room but the one air conditioning unit on the far side of the room was not enough in keeping the room cool in 40+ degree heat which meant, unfortunately, we didn't sleep well. Spa was lovely and would recommend having a hammam & massage. The manager was warm and friendly at check-in but the catering staff was lack luster. Hotel had a good fresh omelette station at breakfast time but, generally, there was little choice at breakfast. Upon check out, we were being charged for someone else's food order and we weren't the only ones, clearly a mix up in their system!
